I went in on Monday night to return a premium pet fake grass that I have bought but it did not fit in the area I needed. I went back to return it and got attack my the lady at the register. I was not even able to speak or explain to Karlene that this product was not a cut product. She automatically started to tell me no this is cut and was getting loud and not letting me show her it was not she walked away from me to call another associate to then he also tell me that this is a cut product and wouldn’t let me speak to su would speak among each other and then asked if this was bought at this store and we said no since it was the store in pines but to my knowledge I was told I can return at any Home Depot. They told me no that isn’t that case that I have to drive all the way to the other store to return. When the bought the manager over they finally allowed me to speak and show them it was not a cut grass. Then I had return another item that had originally been damage but didn’t notice until i got home and saw and they started accuse me of using it and laughing at what I was saying as I was lying. I have NEVER in my life felt so shame or treated like that. The next day I went in because I forgot to return something and karlene was standing in the corner with another associate talking bad about me as the other lady looked directly at me while she was talking poorly about me. I will not be returning to this home depot. It’s disgusting the customer service I have received.

I want to give a shout out to Priscilla for being a great employee and show awesome customer service. This is what we need to go back to with our customers.....people are important and when you show that is addictive and it continues with the next person that comes along.

Nancy was absolutely amazing. We’ve been Miramar residents for 12 years and have been coming to this Home Depot since it opened, and the customer service had just gone down significantly, that is, until today. If Nancy isn’t in line for management consideration, she absolutely should be! With a manger like this, I promise you that she will rub off on the rest of your staff. I’ll come more often if I get to see her! Thank you, Nancy!

The employee by the name of Tatiana had a nasty attitude, not sure what the problem was, it seemed we were in the correct line but she never directed us otherwise, instead, Tatiana began to mutter profanity and my mother and I received passive aggressiveness throughout the checkout process. I hope she is retrained, thus this foul experience isn’t shared by other than me. Thanks in advance

I was having a though morning but thanks heaven an Angel named Ruby made my dsy much better. She cared and help me make the right selection for my project. She knows her stuff and definetly cares about Customer Service

Employees are only so helpful and the managers wouldn’t help them if your life depended on it. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else

THE STORE IS VERY CONVIENENT FOR ME, ONLY A FEW MILES FROM MY HOME. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED AT GREAT PRICES AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE THERE TO HELP ME FIND AND EVEN MAKE SUGGESTIONS ON MY PURCHASES. WHILE THERE I USED THE BATHROOM AND FOUND IT VERY CLEAN AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE STORE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Be careful when coming to this store, I asked a question to a worker and the guy didn’t know the answer but the worst part the assistant manager was next to him and started to scream at me, I felt really threatened, with everything going on right now, I’d rather to leave quick, be very careful.

I have three Home Depots within 5 miles from my house, however I prefer to drive the extra 5 miles to get to this store. It's cleaner, better stocked and the employs always seem to be more helpful.

Horrible customer service, no one picks calls or stays for a few seconds to talk. They are always in a hurry to finish things off and always looked angry (pis...ed) off.

Simply, Awesome Customer Service from this store all around.

The covered loading lane in front of the store was roped off. Couldn't load plywood onto the truck. I had to load in the parking lot.
