EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT STOCK

Excellent customer service, pleasant staff, welcoming atmosphere . I found what was looking for within minutes and I was at the checkout within minutes thanks to Ms. Carolyn and Ms.Yanitza. As a first responder you guys are life savers.

Good store, just need cashier tables at registers in the Garden Section to place merchandise and limit hand to hand contact with cashier. Cashier advised that these customers complaints were given to the manager but refused to place tables for whatever reasons?

Priscilla is always super helpful and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and eager to help if needed she’s the reason why I keep shopping at this store.

Pro sales do not take pros, smh

The store had a large variety of products the prices were rather fare compared to Lowe’s and others the aisles were easy to move about clean some of the floor people couldn’t point me in the right direction and one of the male workers seemed to exhausted in the lighting area wasn’t friendly at all but over all my shopping experience with Home Depot was pleasant .

The store was clean, I easily found the products I was looking for. Associates were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the store.

Started off really bad with an employee named Alfonso and was sending me off to another location when I just finished coming from another finding rubber boots and didn’t want to go the extra mile. And then, I didn’t give up hope and asked another employee her name was Fatima stopped what she was doing to attend me and brought mobile stairs from across the store and searched in the top racks for what we needed. Now that’s customer service. At the Miramar FL location.

Excellent help around the store. The cashier Teresa was so friendly and kind that she even helped me buy a cute decoration for Halloween. Great job to the employees who helped me find the things around the store even if it wasn't your department.

The store is well kept and products are usually the shelves.

Brittany in customer service was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I feel like she went above and beyond to assist us. I most certainly appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you Brittany.

Home Depot in Miramar is the ONLY store of my choice. For 16 years I have been going to this Home Depot. Love, love, this place. Its employees are extraordinary, hard working and always there to assist.

The store is nice and it normally has everything I need in stock. My only complaint is that the staff is not as friendly and helpful as other home improvement stores. Last time I was there, needed to get a new toilet and I had to get another customer to help me place it on the cart because I could not find any rep to assist.

The Assistant manager Lilly was amazing and very patient with us.

One person can really make a difference. Natalia was extremely professional, thorough, patient and very very helpful. I suspect that this will not be her first positive review. She is a real asset to Home Depot.

Employees are lacking knowledge in 3 areas Product knowledge, Company policies, Customer Services. Lack of training by THIS STORES management on staff is poor at best, I had to ask multiple employees first "do you work in this section?", then ask "do you know about this product?". Company policies - returns for broken tools within the replacement time, cashier states bring it back for immediate replacement. Customer Service state it need to be brought to an other location and they will let me know 7 to 10 days the status.

I love shopping at the Miramar store, it is always clean, friendly employees, Maria in customer service always provides excellent customer service. Be sure to see her with any customer service issues or concerns. She is friendly, assists every customer with a smile.

Nobody in this store asks you if you need help. You can walk right past 20 employees. They ignore you. You can stand next to them obviously looking for something, they ignore you, hardly even acknowledge your presence.

Store required masks and had separate doors for entering and exiting. It was clean and encouraged social distancing. There were enough cashiers at the check out counters to keep the line moving quickly. The cashier, Susana, was polite, courteous, and efficient throughout my transaction

Horrible customer experience at check out with cashier Diahnna. She makes it a point never to greet any of the customers there and yells "Next on Line" to the folks standing on line. Your receipt is essentially thrown at you from under the plexiglass. Store management must be blind or doesn't care about this as she been a cashier each time I visit and I visit quite often.

Great clean place, have everything you need and always find some nice associate ready and happy to help you!!
