I use a lot of Roy i tools and this store always have what I need in stock. I also get a lot of materials and do updates on my home. I recently replaced a high hat lights in my bathrooms. Installation was simple and they are improvement over the existing lights. Installed in less than five minutes . BTW the new lights are led love them.

I will only shop at Miramar store thank you to Freddie and Abdell for great customer service

very unhappy as to how I was sold a Milwaukee impact wrench as new and it was used. Had to return to the store and return the item. Prefer to purchase online or at another store.

Visited this store in need of a color match. I was helped by Nancy who was as able to help me right away. She has such a positive persona and was able to answer any question I had.

I live in Miami and consistently come to this Miramar store because of their customer service, stock availability, and cleanliness.

I purchased several items from different departments. The staff was very helpful in all areas.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. No staffing on a Black Friday weekend. How do you have only 2 cashiers working the 2 of 4 self checkouts? The other 2 self checkouts are closed as are all other registers. Whatever associates that are working, are unfriendly and unhelpful. They really don't want to be there. Since there is merchandise blocking the registers, noone knows how to make a line for checkout and no management or anyone to direct people.

I went shopping to the Home Depot Store located at 3183 SW 160th Avenue Miramar, FL 33027 on May 19, 2023. As I was leaving the store and walking towards my car, I noticed that I did not have my wallet, after I paid at the self-checkout register at 8:27 pm. I immediately tried to retrace my wallet, with no success. Suddenly a text from my Bank at 8:50 pm warned me that an unauthorized charge with my credit card was made at a nearby gas station just 10 minutes after my wallet was stolen. I immediately contacted 911 and the Miramar Police Department was dispatched to the aforementioned Home Depot Store. A Miramar PD officer arrived at the scene and filed a police report. The Assistant Manager at Home Depot refused to show surveillance cameras to the police or myself.

All of the workers were very helpful and nice. They took me to the items and helped me selected the right products.

Best Home Depot store in my area! Love the garden center and the beautiful variety of plants for my garden. Very friendly and helpful service representatives. Had to special order a Bosch microwave which I thought would take at least a couple weeks; delivery scheduled for four days after ordering! Way to go, Home Depot!
