Great over all store. Fairly well stocked. On point day management.

If you need appliances and someone who cares then go speak to Martha Lambert. She was amazing and we truly appreciated her help. I tried to put her name on the survey but it never asked for her name.

Store only had self check out open. There are no counters to put your stuff on. Employees would not help.

Looking for a reasonably priced gas grill. Great selection available, even in October! More importantly, MANY pre-assembled models ready to go! This is the way to do it. Store is clean. Very good customer service!

I shop at all the surrounding Home Depots. Norfolk is my favorite store, as the staff is always available, know the product locations and help with product recommendations as well as implementation directions. As a general contractor, I'm pleased to report that the pro desk staff makes sure that my employees or myself gets a fast checkout. They understand how important it is that we have jobs waiting. Felix, Mike, Cory and Christian are as efficient as they are kind to me and my crew. I always look forward to shopping at the Military Highway store. That's important, as I shop there every day. Keep up the good work Leno!!!!

As ALWAYS Great customer service from the staff!!!

Our cashier was Sophia.  She gave a warm greeting. As she scanned my pot of white mums she commented how nice the plant looked. I mentioned  how  much I love using colorful mums on my porch, but  didn't see any.She then told me about the lovely reddish-brown ones the store had and suggested that I checked them out. I asked her where they were and she directed me right to them and I picked out 2 more pots of mums. As I was leaving the store, I thanked her wonderful assistance!

I love this Home Depot store on Military Hwy. There is enough staff to help you with your search for materials and supplies. Employees are friendly and offer to help you. Line moves fast.!Ive been shopping at this Home Depot for years and others but this location is the best. Today a sales representative named Jo Jo helped me locate my product. He was awesome. It's because of this kind of customer service will keep me coming back. Good job Jo Jo and good job Home Depot Military Hwy. Norfolk, VA location!!!

I always find what I'm looking for here. The only problem is that my car isn't big enough to load as much as I'd like for my gardening.

The store was clean and shelves stocked and neat. Sales associates were friendly, and assisted all customers during check in and checkout for overall Covert 19 safety. Assistance was provided when needed. I had a great shopping experience.

Just when it seemed that Home Depot had gotten it together, this one has chosen to make a single file checkout line making everyone wait in a check out line, 6 ft apart stretching from customer service back to gardening while there were self checkout and cashiers available had someone been allowed to use them. A 5 minute experience gets muddled into 15+ minutes because of a disorganized, miscalculated fail.

Wow! Had some great help today from Maria. I didn't even ask. She came over and asked me if she could help. Did some great work retrieving items from up high. Thanks Maria! You deserve a raise.

Store products and pricing are just fine. The customer service is the worst of any home improvement store I have visited on multiple occasions.

The employees are just awesome and helpful, just try and steer clear of the management, especially if you're a vet trying to get the discount...it's the only bad to horrible experience I've ever had with home depot. The employees really are the gold of that company. They are the only reason I go back to the store.

Our recent visit was to purchase a washing machine. The washer went on sale after we bought it but before it was delivered and they honored the sale price. Princess and Morgan were so very helpful making that happen for us and we appreciate it so very much.

I always get what I need there. The workers are happy to help me find what I can't find myself and answer any questions I have. The store is always clean and easy to get around in.
