Chuck and Andy were so awesome! Not only did they help me find the right fittings for my rain barrel pump, then ensured they fit correctly, and Andy even took the time to attach them to the pump for me. They are great!

On my recent visit to the Military Hwy store I was pleasantly surprised that This Store was well stocked, neat and clean, and there were a number of employees that stopped to ask if they could be of some help... cashier was very friendly as well... thank you Jade for a pleasant shopping experience.

Was making a purchase and the price was different from what it rang up, Faith our cashier argued with us then called the supervisor came over. Supervisor told her to just give us the price and Faith rolled her eyes at us then left us to go after the supervisor to talk about us. She should wait till her customers leave then talk all she wants. Crappy service and cahier.

walkways are cluttered and not easy for a handicap people to navigate without tripping over things.

Right now, this branch is well stocked, and usually busy. The aisles tend to be cluttered with many orders awaiting pickup and tying up shoppers' carts (the Depot should look for better solutions, here). However, the staff are well trained, competent, and super helpful!

Special order my product everyone was willing to work with me on the time frame

We were looking for artificial turf . The woman in flooring dept was such a help. Then the clerk Valerie was a help and very sweet and the manager ASM Dave was absolutely kind and helpful.

It is evident to me that higher level management has worked with the employees at this store to prioritize customer experience

I was shopping for a replacement microwave light bulb and while there decided to check out the new Rototillers. I asked an associate where they were located and she stopped what she was doing and escorted me all the way outside and to the rear of the lawn and garden area. There she offered information about the various models available and pricing for the ones not labeled. She informed me on a couple of features and options and asked if there was anything else I needed before she left! She was great, not pushy and excellent at being available for her customers.

I went shopping for annuals and saw some healthy-looking vibrant red geraniums. I bought a few and planted them in planters. They are spectacular!

They have always done a great job at this store We have been shopping here for a long time their service has always been better than the store down the street.

I purchased six chairs and the price was two dollars cheaper online cashier said that the price on the sign and the price on app will not be honored . She acted as i changed the sign and it was posted at the front of the store .

I was shopping for lawn bags at the time I found the most amazing toolbox for an amazing price. Best staff and most pleasant experience shopping with Home Depot. Always recommend and always telling my entrepreneur buddies to shop with Home Depot.

Go to any other Home Depot. The employees here are rude. I thought it was just me, but they were rude to others who were in line behind me too.

We went for a Christmas tree and loved the extra care we received from the employees, especially Steve, tollian, and marsia. We loved that the kids were able to sign a piece of the Christmas tree trunk and hammer it into a display- made the experience more fun and personal. This was the best service I’ve ever received at a Home Depot. Much better than previous experiences there.

Jalen Hinton was a tremendous help in my shopping experience today at Home Depot. He greeted me and asked me if I needed help looking for a specific item and when I needed help, he went above and beyond to assist me. He made sure that my experience at Home Depot was nothing but amazing and he delivered excellent customer service. I’m very grateful for Jalen and his amazing amount of help.

I bought several high ticket items at once and was able to get in and out inside of 20 min. It was seamless considering, it was a particularly busy day in the store

we are elderly had a difficult time getting it home where we discovered the Flushing mechanism was missing, too heavy to carry back

Tammy the designer went the extra mile and got me EXACTLY what I needed. She's awesome!

The store was well stocked and products were accessible. The checkout, even being busy, was organized and very efficient. I like this store because they always have the items I need when I really need them!

While attempting to check out, I encountered "sale cashier Ainsley", she was rude and indigent. My suggestion is to avoid the store and especially Ms. Ainsley!

Originally we went to Lowe’s for exterior paint, there was no one in the Dept to help anyone, so we went to Home Depot. Home Depot not only had the product we were looking for but their employees were super nice and were able to assist us in getting everything we needed. Keith and Ruby even had to pull stock from another location of the store to get what we needed. But they were very happy to get it for us. Home Depot’s paint department was extremely busy this Saturday morning but I was so happy that they had enough employees to actually assist their customers. Keith and Ruby worked together seamlessly and quickly to help us! They totally NAILED it for us today!!! Thanks so much!!!
