Great customer service by each and every employees.

Bought what I thought was a new product only to get home and discover that it was severely used and dirty. No labels identifying it as used or previously owned. Plus it was not at a reduced price. They provided a refund but definitely a bad experience.

I've been in many Home Depot Stores from Ohio to Florida and today's visit to the store on Military Hwy. in Norfolk Virginia was the worse shopping experience ever. I have been in the construction field for more than 35 years. I am not a stranger tot home improvement stores. When asking store personnel for help I don't expect them to roll there eyes at me and walk away. I asked several different employees for help in the paint department only to be told they were busy. I observed several groups of employees stand around talking and laughing as customer after customer requested help and were turned away. What has happened to customer service. It's not like I could put my paint in the machine to have it mixed. I was shopping for several projects in a customer's home and this store was in such disarray I left with only half of the items I would normally pick up at Home Depot. I would not recommend shopping at this store and will not shop there again. I will shop at a different home improvement store when working in the Norfolk area.

This Home Depot consistently goes above and beyond for its customers and is always clean and well organized! This is especially noteworthy, because it is always busy with customers. The Garden Department is the best!

Whatever you need you can find at this store. The staff no matter what department they work will help you find items. I have even had tell me about the Home Depot App that you can search for items and it will show you the isle and bin number.This is a great feature as if you are in a hurry you can find what you need and where it is in the store and go right in get what you need and go. But I am like most I like to check out other items while in the store. But the app is a great help

Home Depot nailed it this weekend! This is the store I shop for my weekend projects from lawn and driveway maintenance to bug control. Searched items were plentiful and in stock. The Home Depot team made the long line at checkout move swiftly and made the experience exceed my expectations; as it was a very short wait time to get to the Sale Cashier. Sale Cashier Tiffany and her trainee were very amicable and during the checkout process they helped me obtain my military discount after my first attempt failed.

Excellent experience employees were polite and concerned about my needs for my upcoming project the cashier was fast and knowledgeable there was someone there to open the big door because my products were too big to go out of the other door and there was always someone there to help me load the products this is an excellent store and I would recommend it far beyond any others thank you thank you

Very disappointing visit for lumber - had to go through two full stacks of picked over 4x4x8’s to only find damaged products and very poor quality/unusable wood. Insult to injury is the high prices due to market demand and issues however, HD does not seem to be working to address the issue. Customer service was not helpful when asked if they had more product that I could select from. Essentially, I was left with no choice except to leave with no product or accept substandard high priced products. I choose NOT to purchase which meant it was a wasted trip out of my way, wasted my time sorting all the product and was unable to work on the project I had intended. I will be choosing other sourcing options in the future despite being a regular HD Pro-Xtra.

I bought 35 bags of mulch Sunday morning at 1000am. The load person (Chris?) was friendly, and very quick.. I wanted to tip him but he told me it was his job to load for me and he could not accept the tips. In this day and age, this young man was very responsible and his reply to me was evidence of his loyalty to HD and HD policy..

As a member of the military normally I get a 10% discount just by showing my ID card. However the clerk working the self checkout counter would not allow me to get the discount unless I signed up for Pro Xtra account. To be honest she was very very hateful

Store was very clean and had everything I needed in stock. In particular, Fransisco from flooring helped me out a ton in getting everything I needed for the job.

Over all highly professional staff. Generally has items in stock. In the daytime, staff is on it to get you to where you need to be if they are out of stock on anything

The cashier by the name of Robin is very rude and very unprofessional. Right along with her colleague.

The Garden ladies are exceptional

the store was clean and products were easy to find. The associates at the paint desk were friendly and helpful.

Ruby in the paint department is AWESOME. She knows her job. She walked me around to get everything necessary for my paint project. I came back the next day. She remembered me and helped me again. Thank You, Ruby!

Both women working the appliance department sat there the entire time as I looked and did not ask if I needed assistance or had any questions. They were no help I had to go out the department to find assistance. The young lady whom I found with a scanner in her hand tried to force me to work with the ladies in the appliance department which I was not. If it was not for Assistant Manager Dave coming to assist, diffuse and intervene in the situation I would have not bought the refrigerator and also with me being a property manager for private owner would not be going back to this location ever again. Thanks to Dave I can put those ill thoughts aside.
