Friendly staff, clean uncluttered store

Great store Love Home Depot

I would highly recommend this store.

Brian, who works in the paint department, was absolutely wonderful. He was polite, answered all of my questions, provided some information about Behr paint that I did not know about before I spoke with him. He asked me to let him know if we liked the new pouring spout on the Behr Marquis paint can, which I did when I returned to the store later in the day. He was a wonderful example of a top notch employee.

Everything was easy to find and your people were friendly and helpful!

Store was great. Except they do not give the employees the tools they need to complete a sale. I was buying a log splitter and they needed to change out the trailer hitch coupler(found out later we didn't). The employee came back with regular hand pliers. What he needed was a simple socket set with a open or closed wrench. Should have taken 2 minutes took about 15 trying not to strip the nuts. Said they would not let him use the correct tools. Weird to me since they put together the unit. Splitter works great!!

The store is always stocked...friendly employees who are always available to help.

I went online to purchase a refrigerator from Home Depot located in Midlothian Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. I had a few questions about the particular model I was interested in buying so, I decided to call the store. I spoke with Freddie. He was very professional and extremely helpful, so much so that I purchased the refrigerator on the phone. I appreciate Freddie's time and his ability to answer all of my questions. The refrigerator will be delivered in five days...

Store clerk went the extra mile to ensure that I received my online order, and was extremely patient and kind during the entire process.

Me and my wife love shopping at this store, Everyone is so friendly and willing to help.

My favorite store! Dana provided a wonderful experience when we returned to purchase the matching dryer to the washer we purchased less than 2 weeks ago.

This Midlothian The Home Depot location is heads above the rest. My experience is always positive. Store employees greet you, help you, serve you and are professional and knowledgeable about their products. I have never had to wait to get assistance, instead, employees proactively ask if you need assistance. I can always find the products I need. This is my "The Home Depot" store of choice in the Richmond Metropolitan are.

Timmy, Fantastic! THE HOME DEPOT off Midlothian, GREAT! saved the day! He understood exactly what I needed to changing my single cylinder locks deadbolt locks. He helped me and did everything I needed to complete the change. He discussed changes in my doors "diameters" and how they are redesigned deadbolt locking systems. He talked about options rekey / re cylinder deadbolts. He discussed The Home Depot sell the drill kits needed to do the project. Go to THE HOME DEPOT! if you want to do the JOB right go see Timmy at THE HOME DEPOT! It was a happy moment and friendly and helpful.

This Home Depot has excellent customer service and employees that pro-actively go out of the way to help you.

The employees are very helpful and friendly and they remember my dogs.

BUILD MORE STORES TO HELP MORE CUSTOMERS IMMEDIATELY WIN FINDING THEIR PURCHASES AT THE BEST HOME DEPOT STORES IN THE WORLD! PREVIOUS RENTERS DESTROYED OUR RENTAL PROPERTY AND HOME DEPOT IS DEFNITELY THE CHEAPEST BUILDING MATERIALS REHABILITATION PLACE TO SHOP.

The associates at this location always go above and beyond to lend a hand and are super courteous. Spent 3 hours in the store with my wife and it felt like we were there 30 minutes tops

I find what I need but at times there are other people in the same aisle with me and associates will ask other people of assistance but disregard me as if I was non-existent. There is one cashier where she could care less of a thanks or good bye after a purchase with zero acknowledgement.

The cashier Kierra was very exceptional in assisting me.

I went in to have some paint matched. The paint associate was friendly and helpful and matched my paint perfectly. John the cashier was efficient and friendly.

Was greeted in the appliance department as soon as I arrived. Had great customer service from Michael who explained what I need for my family needs in a good washer/dryer. Great customer service.
