I was able to find the product I needed by finding a sales clerk, Freddie who personally took me to the aisle the product was on. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

This store is not as close to my home but it is much better organized than other stores. It appears cleaner too.

Here today to get a measurement scheduled for carpeting in new room. The gentleman that took care of us (99?) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. he got us scheduled in the timeframe we wanted.

Everything I needed was in stock and worked for me great!!!!!!!

I had a great experience shopping at this store for a washer dryer. Freddie was the clerk who assisted me and he was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgable about the products. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday with the washer and dryer I wanted on sale!

This store is clean and well organized. The products were very well stocked. Customer service was friendly.

Employees are poorly aware of the products the store carries. we had difficulty finding the products we were looking for easily. Hard to get assistance, once we did they sent us to the wrong dept. The bolts and screws were poorly organized, and out of there correct bins.

OK.IT'S A GIANT HARDWARE STORE. Most guys love the big box home improvement chains, but I am telling you this particular store is much much more. Over the years I have sought advice about plumbing electrical lumber masonry etc. and this store always has a wealth of people with experience and a great knowledge base/skill sets. I have a credit card from HD. I get regular coupon or discount offers. I've purchased appliances, and every building material you can name and boy do I have tools. If this store is anywhere near you by all means give the place a try......

Store Clerk Riem, took the initiative without me asking to direct me precisely to the new product location when she saw me standing in the plumber aisle with a broken part from home in my hand. Coincidently, she later jumped to our rescue from behind the service desk to open a new checkout register when she observed the line was very long. Thanks Riem.

Some cart has damage, need repair

This Home Depot is by far my favorite home improvement store in the area. Employees are always friendly and helpful, and even go above and beyond to answer questions, or help you find an item you're looking for. And if you're looking for a new appliance, go see Freddie Decostagomez...he is the best!

I just had a great experience shopping for a washer/dryer at this Home Depot. The appliance specialist, Ryan, was terrific. He helped me find what I wanted and helped me take advantage of all specials that were going on. He made me aware of what to expect at delivery and had me in and out of the store quickly. I'm not a DIY person, so when I come into HD, I really need something and I appreciate it when I get the assistance I need and a good price. I got both today.

Home Depot has friendly and courteous staff who are willing to help with anything they can. Marquis helped me recently as I had medical situation that prevented me from lifting anything over 20 pounds. He loaded three 50 pound play sand bags on the cart, and after I paid for them he loaded them in my vehicle. He was very courteous and friendly and happy to help. He is an asset to the Home Depot organization, and especially to the #4631 Richmond, Virginia, Home Depot store.

Always friendly and helpful. When I need a lumber order or even something I order online, it is always ready when I am told it will be ready. Home Depot rules!

HD needs to change its policy for allowing military discounts to 'inactive' military veterans.

The store products are easy to locate. If the customer has a problem the associates are very helpful and will direct or take you the the correct aisle.

They're the beast in town. My home improvement projects are going better than I imagined. Good selection of tools and good prices. There are a lot of nice people there that know their stuff.
