I'm newly learning renovation skills and having to learn all the products can sometime be overwhelming. I appreciate expertise from associates like Dan at flooring to give specific suggestions to improve my project, and doing so in such a friendly, personalized, caring way.

When I walked down the plywood isle, Tai - who has only been working at Home Depot for 2 weeks, greeted me, asked how he could help, proceeded to help me select wood, then cut my wood and walked me to the cashier to ensure I was charged correctly bc the wood was not marked. He was awesome to work with, knowledgeable and enjoyable. THANK YOU! Seriously was the best visit to Home Depot ever!

Servicemen are knowledgeable and helpful with the ideas that I have and solutions to get the job done right the first time. I appreciate the time-saved.

The staff have always been good to me. I’ve never had any issue with renting equipment. Sometimes they’re understaffed, but I can’t complain, these are trying times.

I was extremely happy with my recent shopping experience at the Home Depot. I found the tool I was looking for and the assistance was second to none!

Twice today I visited and they had no registers open and no one willing to assist at the self checkouts so you were on your own.

I just bought online a beautiful designer bathroom vanity in a soft color which will match my accent tile, a mirror in the same color and faucet for a great price! I can’t wait to have it installed.

Everytime I need help, there is always an employee willing to help. Great store

I went to many home improvement stores in my area. Home Depot was the only store that would cut landscaping logs. I am truly grateful and my lawn looks great

sales people need to offer help and act like sales people - I would be happy to meet with Mr. Ted Abbott, the store manager, whom I have talked with before. He is interested. Would be happy to meet with him and discuss sales and sales people.

Needed one item in Overhead Management (Aisle 8, bin 002) Highest Shelf. Item was wrapped on a pallet. I needed it today for daughter before she returned to college. HD staff were happy to help find and retrieve. No sighs, rolled eyes, or reluctance to go through trouble of retrieving one item on wrapped pallet of mixed products and then stocking the remainder. No one made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to them.

I make several trips a month to home improvement stores- as an amateur DIY homeowner, there are typically 2 choices for shopping- we both know who they re so I won't mention apron colors. For HD- the staff has always been friendly and helpful. While it is rare to only have to go to one store to get everything we need for our projects, I can safely say, that the bulk of my DIY project items tends to come from HD. They have a gentleman working in the lumber area, named Ken F. I must say, he is such a great guy. He is all smiles, always eager to help, openly shares his opinions on items (regardless if good or bad) which is much appreciated. His friendly nature makes him the guy you want to seek out while you are shopping at this store. Also have to mention- my cashier was amazing, handsome, funny, and had a magnetic personality. (and yes I did the self check out so I was my own cashier... :) )

After trying unsuccessfully to get help in locating items at the competitor's store nearby. I drove to Home Depot instead and within moments of entering the store, I was greeted, provided detailed assistance as to the location of the various items I was looking for. I was checking out within ten minutes! Very efficient experience! The employees were very polite, cheerful and happy to assist. The cashier called me over to check-out instead of referring me to the self-check which I try to avoid. Highly recommend this store. I'm a do-it-yourself homeowner -this store makes it easy for me to get what I need without having to search for or ask questions.

Needed help to find a small object during my visit----sink stopper..

Terrible experience with service today. No one ahead of me and it took 50 minutes to be waited on.

I went here yesterday to return a few things and I didn’t have a receipt . The cashier Charles in returns was just awesome. He had such a great sense of humor and great customer service that he made my morning. I didn’t feel rushed at all he had a lot of patients and was very cheerful. The staff overall were very helpful in appliances in knowing the products because I didn’t have a box for my microwave, The young lady said I know this product and went right to it. They made my transaction fast .

I bought this flashlight today and absolutely love it! Great product for a great price!

Brink from the Pro Desk showed Excellent Customer Service and was Knowledgeable and well Organized

I've been shopping around to purchase my refrigerator and Home Depot had the best price and availability.

We were in the market for a freezer, and kept hearing about shortages and issues from the media, so we visited 3 "big box" stores, which included this Home Depot. Big box #1 only had 1 freezer on display, no prices, no sales help. Big box #2 had 1 freezer on display, and several in boxes way up on the racks, and pricing info on racks over empty spaces, and no help either. Home Depot, our final visit nailed it. An employee in the cabinet area asked how she could help, called over the loud speaker for the rep, he left his break and was there in a couple of minutes. Very informed about products, comparisons, and personable, made the sale. He xplained everything about delivery, provided an folder with all the reeipts and info organized, phone numbers listed for him, delivery and service plan on the inside (nice touch)

While I was at the store tonight I lost an earring. Vanessa at the CS desk walked with me to the area where I thought I dropped it. She said that whe would continue to look for it but I figured it was gone forever. I left my name and number and drove home. As I drove into my driveway,I received a call from Vanessa. HOLY COW! She found IT!!!!! WHAT???? I cannot thank you enough for hiring someone that would go the extra mile that had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with her job. THIS is character! Home Depot, give this woman a raise. She is what is missing in the face to face customer service world. #HomeDepotCustomerForLife

Midlothian Home Depot shiened again. Needed to do a refloor of two home offices. Hardwood and install for less than the product at other stores. This will be the 5th time Ihave had HD do floors for a home and never an issue. The product and craftsmanship of the installers is great.
