Super helpful staff members and many are very knowledgable. When in doubt...find Simon in the flooring department. Something tells me he could help with any project you have.

Extremely helpful staff.

Customer service at this store in the appliance department is second to none. I feel they listened to my needs and were able to meet my needs appropriately because they listened. This is not your typical "big box store". This is the "neighborhood" hardware store.

I have shopped at this store many times before. Today, I unknowingly lost my purse in the parking lot. It was turned in and brought to the office and everyone from the person I called to report the loss to the helpful sales customer service representative to the office representative were helpful, cheerful and friendly. Having such honest employees who are service oriented is a reflection of themselves, managers, and Home Depot. Thank you all.

Great store

This store is always my go to store! Not because of how close it is but because of how the staff is always willing to help you out! Lee is fabulous cutting anything you need to be cut!

I really recommend this store,very clean,neat everything is easy to find great customer service and just a good place to shop for mostly everything.

My cashier Cinderella was very nice

I love the store it’s my favorite place to shop if you need to buy any tools make sure you ask for Cinderella she is very knowledgeable about every tool in that department I Jane shoped at many Home Depot’s and this is the best one by far

I shop at the Methuen store all the time. The personnel working here are terrific. There is always the availability of someone to help with questions or to help me to find an item. It always amazes me that they can direct me to the correct isle. The associates are all very friendly. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

The store was clean and the flooring specialists are VERY HELPFUL ! I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking for new flooring for there house. Lois C. and Simon K. were very knowledgable from the begin to the end of the sale.

The Methuen Home Depot store is very close to my home however, this is NOT the most important reason why I shop there. This store has 99% of the items I look for each time I need items for home, around house, or a lot of other items. When I have questions or comments, I have found the manager in this particular store is ALWAYS helpful to serve me and show me the way to an item or answer any questions.

I love the Methuen Home Depot store. Employees are so helpful and always are willing to help. I have come to know some associates and I feel great when they make time to help me out personally. Go see Shannon & Ish in paint dept. Angel & Simon in flooring and you can't leave without seeing Assistant Manager Jewell he is always willing to help with a smile.

The Methuen store is always very friendly and helpful. I handy-capped and have to use your driving cart;your people are always very attentive to help me get what I am looking for. I love your gardening department.

HELPFUL SALES ASSISTANCE ALTHOUGH IT TOOK SO MUCH TIME TO GET HELP

The cashier at the self checkout was not trained to do her job - after waiting 5 minutes for help - because she was working with another customer - that she could not help - I canceled the transaction and had to wait another 5 minutes in a cashier line . This was after HD not having what I required - went to three stores yesterday and still do not have my home project completed - I was trying to use a "Store Credit"
