travis and dave always go above and beyond the best

My sister and I went to this store to buy paint and the employees were chatting and not even pay attention that we were there, we needed to call them and ask about what we need, they were not friendly at all except for one lady who took care of us.

The store very clean , everything organized and the employee very helpful and friendly

The store associates treated my $1.75 purchase like I was buying 100 refrigerators as far as customer service and helping me. A very amazing store

I traveled up from Beverly to pick up some black rubber mulch. The website showed 20 bags on hand. Upon arrival, no one seemed to know where it was, until I asked Katherine in the customer service department. She got the SKU, confirmed it was "somewhere" and started pinging people to find it. Within ten minutes she had found someone (sorry, I forgot his name) who knew where it was and met us with it. He apologized and explained the reason no one knew about the location was the 20 bags weren't part of the store's regular stock. It was apparently a return. Katherine loaded the 10 bags I was buying, rang up my purchase and even helped me load it into my car. Stellar customer service.

How can Home Depot have a great ad and not back it up with the proper amount of cashiers and other associates ?? Great gardening ad and ONE cashier in the entire area.

Place is nice, and the area is nice. Very clean and the people in there are very nice.

THE PRODUCT I WAS SEARCHING FOR WAS ONLY FOUND HERE! SO DELIGHTED. THE SALES ASSOCIATE, LISA, WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONVEYED THAT TO ME REGARDING MY ORCHIDS AND THEIR CARE.

I was greeted right away asked for directions for the plant section. They had plenty of different plants in stock. However, If you have any questions regarding plants, ask Lisa the plant lady! She was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond! From the name of the plant (I only showed her a picture), how and when to water it, the type of soil for my plant! Lisa even informed me to always come see her If I had any questions or concerns! Now that is great service!

John Mele is a Master plumbing specialist knowledgeable kind funny and experienced store was clean associates helpful

I love it!!!! I've visiting tis home depot for over 16 years and they always find the way to make things easier for customers. The also have bilingual staff which is awesome.

I normally shop at the Tewksbury store and get great customer service there. Since Methuen had the flooring, and not Tewksbury, I shopped at Methuen. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated in that store. It easily rivaled my experiences in Tewksbury, and that's a high compliment.

Mr. John Mele the best associate HD have.

Methuen Home Depot its the BEST store!!! Nice employees, store is always clean and well stocked. I have become a regular and love the store manager "Jewell" always working hard on sales floor along side his employees and super nice guy.

THE STORE IS NOT AT FAULT FOR MY DISPLEASURE IT WAS THE ONLINE METHOD THAT GOT ME MAD WAITING ALMOST A MONTH FOR THE PRODUCT TO COME!!!

Gabriel was our sales clerk and noticed us looking at the Gas grills in the front of the store. Many of the grills had small imperfections (scratch, dent, etc.). As we were viewing all the grills to see which one was the best he noticed us and overheard our conversation about the imperfections & immediately, he offered to help give us a discount due to the imperfections and offered for us to go right to register to check us out. AMAZING service! Gabriel ROCKS!!

This store is very clean, the bathroom is always clean. Most of the time I find the products I looking for. If the store do not have the product, one of the friendly associates order the product for me to pick up in the store or to delivery to my address. The associates are very helpful, and this store have and excellent customer service. maybe the best.
