Methuen residents are so lucky to have a Home Depot in our backyard! The store is an anchor for our community and ideally located in the body of our butterfly, the Loop! The store is clean and employees are readily available. The most important facet about this store is that it connects with our community in every way possible.

Friendly staff and helpful. Clean store. I'm being shopping at this location for many years it's always been like this. Love the selection of tiles.

Store is organized and stocked! Great group of professionals willing to help with a smile! Prices are great!

If you are looking to rent a van or some other pro equipment be sure to go see Gary in that department at Home Depot Methuen. He is super competent, professional and friendly, Does a great job and you won't go anywhere else. Thanks Gary for calling us when the van came back in store and then for holding it while we came to collect it. Awesome! The rest of the store is pretty great too!

Self help is easier than at some competitor stores. There are enough knowledgeable employees to get help from if you need it. This store was a little messy because rude customers drop items anywhere they choose and rip open packages. You have to check your items to be sure nothing is missing and also because of re-packaged merchandise which may not have been checked before sealing up again. My advice is to just shop wisely.

The associates in this store have alway been pleasant and helpful.

The store always seems to be very tidy and neat. The manager (he's white, blondish short hair, not tall) is so helpful, nice and friendly. Anytime I go inside this store and see him on I know that I'll be helped correctly. The best thing about this store is the employees; it's the only homedepot I know that their employees will say I don't know when asked a quwsquesthey don't know the answer too. Every other homedepot their employees will run with an answer that either doesn't make sense or even when i have tried to tell them the correct answer they'll argue it with me when I work as an apprentice for a GC and do know the answers to the questions I'm asking.

Our Methuen store is people friendly! There is always someone there to help you out! Everyone has a smile and says hello! All seem to be well educated on where items can be found!
