Convenient location, wide selection of products. Friendly and helpful associates. What more could you ask for in a place of business? Go to this Home Depot! Two employees in particular made my shopping experience especially pleasant, I would like to commend them for their exceptional 10/10 Service! They were knowledgeable about products and locations of said products. As well as extremely patient and friendly. Employee Stephanie Employee Cinderella Great workers; they deserve a raise!

This store's employees and manager truly understand and act by putting the customers first. They really listen and want this to be a store that helps the little guy. For a huge company, they have not forgotten who they are there for. Thank you!

This store is always clean and the employees very helpful. My latest visit was truly a wonderful experience as 4 different employees went out of there way to help me. Two of those employees (Donna and Dani) went above and beyond to accommodate me.

This is the closest Home Depot to me. I like coming here because not only is it close but its always clean and most importantly the employees are friendly and helpful.

My wife and I went to this store to get some items for the upkeep on the house and pricing items for 2019. Going thru the store was fine, but the behavior of the cashier was like they were having a bad day. It is like we distrubed the cashier when we presented the items to be checkout out and paid. It is this type of service that you may go to another Home Depot or shop elsewhere or as most people do shop online.

I usully go to the plaistow store,,its just easier for me,but on ocasion I go to the Methuen store.2 years ago I built a deck and needed all the goods,and Methuen came through even after I had to make last minute changes they made the purchase easy for me.

I believe the manager who assisted me was named Allen

I visited this store on black Friday and everyone was in a great mood! The feeling throughout the store was happy. It was a pleasure to shop here. The manager helped me locate the items I was looking for.

Had the worst experience with an appliance delivery. Manager was not helpful and said it was up to the delivery guys discretion if he delivered or not. What's the point of ordering delivery then?

This is a solid store. The self-checkout works really well now with the personalized scanner. I had the benefit of being helped by Jim in Lumber, who is terrific and will help you brainstorm about different ways to tackle your issue. Down sides: The baby gate/house safety area isn't great, though it's probably not something people go there to check out. It would be great if every staff member did what Jim did, which is to take a personal interest in what you're there for and taking you to the department. Most do, but there are loafers.

I am fortunate to have this store a mile from my house. Very convenient for all the home repairs or supplies I may need. Staff is great, store is well stocked and prices are competitive to other stores.

Staff was very courteous, especially one of the cashiers, Elizabeth - she went above and beyond to make my experience at the Home Depot in Methuen a truly pleasant one. Kudos to her!

When I came in at the store I couldn't find what I needed but the person that I spoke to was Barbara at the register she was awesome I did not see a mess in the floors the place was nice and neat I would recommend anyone to go to that store I was very pleased and happy with the service thank you.

Good store, I always find what I need

Good store close to NH so many people want to avoid the sales tax and by-pass the store so it is not as crowded as other stores.

One of the reason we like going to this Store instead of the one in Salem NH is that the staff treats my wife well and with respect. They never did at the Salem NH and ignored her when she went in. It was like how dare a woman ask about home improvement items.

This store has very good people,They real show me they care.

I find the customer service at this location to be less than desireable. The plumbing department is the worst!! The cashiers are friendly. that is what pushed it to 2 stars. I have never had other home depot stores associates argue with me about what I need.
