Employees were available to answer questions and show me what I was looking for.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store just seems to have everything I need. It sure is nice to not have to run all over the town to get things. Some of the other stores around here could learn from Home Depot.

Merritt Island Home Depot has the most courteous employees and will walk up to you and offer help!! At the self checkout screens the employees will walk up and help if they see you needing guidance! Just love my store!! I have been going there for product since 2010!!

This has always been a really good store. The folks that work here are always helpful and friendly.

My local Home Depot did not have the items I needed. The Merritt Island store associates were very pleasant and helped me find the windows and even checked with other stores so I could get everything I need for my project.

Poor Customer Service - I purchased a product over the phone and was told it would be pulled and held for me to pick up the next morning. When I got to the store, I was told the product wasn't there. I spoke with the customer service associate, the customer service manager, and the store manager. When I asked if they could call the associate who I spoke with the night before, when I placed the order, I was told, "We can't do that." So, instead of making a 2-minute phone call to find out where this $500 product was, that I paid for and I was told had been pulled from the shelf and held for me, I was given the option to get a refund or wait until the product came in. When I asked when that would be, I was told by the store manager, "Oh, I don't know. Even our warehouse isn't showing it has it." So, I said to the manager, "So, what you're telling me is that your associate lied to me." And he said, "I guess so." I ended up driving three hours, roundtrip, to a Home Depot in Stuart to purchase the product. Everyone at that store was unbelievably nice. I, again, purchased the product over the phone, made sure they physically had it, and picked it up from the Pro Department, where they were holding it for me.

Home Depot at Merritt Island refuses to answer phone calls... the phones ring and ring without anyone answering. I’ve tried for days to get through. This store needs a new manager ASAP! Service truly sucks! I now shop at Lowe’s!

When looking for Kitchen Appliances, have Beth Kaya work with you. She is very helpful, kind, honest and very knowledgeable.

Needed 2 sheets of drywall, but only have an SUV so the sheets are too big. Orlando from the hardware section asked how he could help me and personally cut the boards perfectly. This is one of my favorite stores and team always goes above and beyond to hep.

The only person working in the tile and flooring department was rude and unhelpful! Yeni in customer service finally was able to answer my simple question and find the tile I was looking for! Yeni was fabulous and deserves recognition! Perhaps she should teach customer service!

Good store. Friendly staff. They just don't seem to carry somethings im looking for. Such as metal buckets. I had to go to ace to get them

I had one of the best customer assistance from your employee. Her name is Daisy.

The store is clean, and I felt safe entering the store as every member was wearing masks. A cashier named Dessie was first to greet me when I walked into the store. When it was time for me to check out my items, I stood in line for the self-check-out aisle to wait for my turn at the register. As the lines began to grow, Dessie came by and offered me her assistance since she had an open counter to check out my items. She quickly rang out my things and gave me a friendly farewell. I appreciated her kindness and optimistic energy as I was having a tough day that day.
