I tried to buy a flower pot and it did not have a upc sticker, I asked the clerk and she said for me to run back to the garden center and get one with a sticker, when I told her that they didn't have anymore red ones she told me she can't leave the registers. I asked her if she could look it up and she gave me a face and was rude. I left it at the register and went to the garden center and got another color. The garden cashier was very nice.

Dessie in customer service went out of her way to make my purchase quick and easy. Real pleasure doing business with a professional.

My art studio is in Melbourne and I stay in Merrit Island. I use Home Depot as my one stop shopping for everything I need to sculpt or paint murals. It's very easy. The only problem I have with Home Depot is knowing when to stop shopping. I love giving gift cards to my friends and family because I know they love shopping at Home Depot too.

Should you order online don't be surprised when you pick up your items and not everything is there because YOU are supposed to receive a phone call if your items are not available. All they do is apologize until I requested the name and # for the District Manager. I will never order online again as my project is now delayed 3 days. I will shop elsewhere, Goodbye Home Depot.

Went to buy a freezer, the department person was very helpful and efficient. We were very happy with the selection we made.

After using the same front load washer and dryer for over 10 years, I finally bit the bullet and ordered a new top load washer and front load dryer from Home Depot yesterday. The experience was painless and quick, thanks to Wendy, the sales woman that assisted me.

The amount of polite eager to serve customer department representatives Was a huge improvement over the past four months around Christmas time there was hardly anybody available and it took 20 to 30 minutes to find someone who was available now everyone was very helpful and available

Came into the store with some return items. Greeted by Francisco at the front who promptly handled the transaction with a smile and awesome attitude. Made me feel welcome. Great store, haven't had a single bad experience at this Home Depot

I came to the Merritt Island Home Depot to buy a huge list of supplies for some people to build a shed for me. Ian was so amazing. He walked around the store with me for 45 minutes and helped me find every single item on my list. He was patient and professional and answered every question I had.

When I contemplated new carpet, i hoped to “buy in the neighbourhood”. After several postponements I found quick, complete and satisfactory, the performance of Home Depot’s carpeting section.

This store is very well maintained. It is exceptionally clean and always neat. The people you run into are always able to answer your questions or find someone who will.
