This store is amazing. Good ole AMERICAN customer service at its finest. The best employees I’ve come across in along time. Super Friendly, professional and helpful from walking in the front door to exiting through the MULTIPLE cashier lines. Try it!

If you are shopping for a new appliance ask for Amanda Pickett, she's not only extremely helpful but also very personable. She will ensure you leave there happy with your choice and walks you through your decision making process. We enjoyed her so much and we were already stressed about our dryer going out right before the holidays but she made a stressful situation much more at ease and now I'm excited to receive my new washer and dryer set. She was extremely kind, patient and thorough, we really appreciated her.

Just wanted to let your company know what an awesome job Thomas is doing for your Home Depot in Merritt Island FL. He was very helpful and looked up items that we were looking for in the garden section. Asked if we needed help loading our items. Very nice young man. Need more employees like him!

Throughout this visit, I found the associates extremely helpful. From locating merchandise, through checkout, and then to loading my vehicle, they were all extremely polite and the assistance they provided made my shopping experience very pleasant.

Home Depot, Please recognize your Sale Cashier James as an amazing employee. I was online with another patron who didn't seem to have enough money to buy something. I stepped in and ask James to allow me to purchase this for the customer, everyone said have a great day and she went on about her life. I noticed when James was ringing me up he applied a 10% discount and wasn't going to tell me. I asked him why is he applying the discount and he whispered, "paying it forward". This instinaly made me emotional and I hurried outside. It was truly touching to see great people in this world and the next time I see James, I wish I could hug the guy. Home Depot you have a customer in me for life!

Always a great experience love the staff very friendly

I like this store .. but Anna Maria on the front end with a ball cap was a disgrace to the Home Depot family. She was rude and Belligerent towards me for a simple request .. finally I got Cindy’s attention and she told her to help me which she did rudely with her body actions.

Employees at this store seem to be very knowledgeable

This is a great store and so is Titusville. I have never experienced so many employees making me feel like such a valued customer. Keep up the good work Home Depot!

I went to rent a snake for my plumbing, and to unclog the pipes. And my experience was good for the most part, the equipment worked and I accomplished what I needed to and all the cashiers were very friendly, so I now have a new department store I will be frequenting.

The staff at this store is fantastic. Whether I need help or not, I'm always impressed by how positively the staff treats me.

My only complaint is concerning The Home Depot's policy on discounts to Veterans. I asked for the discount offered to Veterans and showed my Florida Drivers license which clearly states on it that I am a Veteran. That ID is not accepted as proof you are a Veteran so I could not get the discount. Not all Veterans carry their VA Identification cards, or retirement cards at all times. However, most Veterans do carry their Drivers License. In most states in order to havebit say you are a Veteran on your Drivers license the Veteran would have to provide documentation to the DMV proving there status as a Veteran. They don't just let you say " I'm a veteran" without proving it. Therefore a state issued Identification card or driver's license which states someone is a Veteran should be sufficient proof that individual is a Veteran and that should be acceptable to receive the Veterans discount

Wow I get to give another review. I just wanted to let everyone know about my wonderful [experience at the Merritt Island Home Depot. I had two employees help me one was a cashier named Emily and one was a person on the floor named Whitney. Both of these women went over and Beyond what I would expect at Home Depot. I am a frequent Shopper at Home Depot in my hometown of Park City Utah and worked for a designer for seven years spent much time at Home Depot. I had an umbrella to return that was damaged and Emily without any hesitation sent me out to find a replacement for it. I could not find one so Whitney came out to assist me and help me find another umbrella for a similar price and her and Emily were able to give me the price of my original one and take the new one home. Both women were unbelievable at helping me and being kind. I need to do quite a bit of work at my mom's home and Cocoa Florida after my brother passed away and she is disabled and 85. Because of my experience in your store I will come back for a new flooring and paints and different projects I need to do here. Like I said I've spent a lot of time and Home Depot and have never been treated so kindly. I don't normally even participate in surveys but I felt very strong about this one. Thank you again for hiring competent help with the knowledge that they need to work at a Home Depot. Thank you again.

The Merritt Island home depot store is clean neat and organized. And their staff are very courteous and kind and helpful.
