We just purchased a new LG refrigerator and couldn't be happier with the service and prices.

The customer service within this company is in need of serious help. I talked to 1 of 3 people regarding the damaged tile shipped that actually cared and did their job. After almost a month and 2 trips to the local.stores I was able to purchase what I needed. The cashier and the lady that was helping her were unfriendly, and u helpful. I was argued with and made to feel as if the situation was my problem not theirs. A manager was called to get my discount applied but never came to speak with me or apologize for any of it. Lea was the cashier she is young and was looking for help and the lady that was uppised to help her was rude, impolite, and has no idea how to be in customer service. A customer should never be made to feel as if the problem is their fault or responsibility when we trust a company to provide a service.

Starting my first project at home and bathroom, I was totally lost and everything needed to complete the project, F2FIGOA, and I apologize I forgot his first name was extremely patient and listening and understanding during my purchase. We live in a fast-paced world And a lot of times people won’t listen to your problems or lack of understanding and home projects. Well done.

I have used Home Depot for many home improvement projects and this one is added to the great experiences we have had. Amanda was wonderful and made our purchase smooth and effortless. Thank you!

Well my complaint isn't about this purchase its about a another one I made with cash. I lost the reciept on customer service is refusing to refund/credit a sander return citing tool returns are not possible without a reciept. No where can I find where it says that. I have given this homedepot a lot of beuissnes from my company and am shocked this is the response of the store.

The rental department made my first ever tool rental experience awesome. Even with the unreliable brand chainsaw issued. The Rental department team turn lemons into lemonade. Thank you.

This Home Depot location has the best staff of any of the Home Depot's I have been to. Always friendly throughout the store and not difficult to locate someone to assist.

A full selection of quality products for home repair & upgrading. Some reasonable prices, but as w many home stores, some items are a bit overpriced. Filled with seasonal products early, great selection! Just be cautious about who you choose to request assistance from if needed. Some are more customer service friendly than others. Customer Service desk offers order assistance, in-store preorder p/u & specialty item orders from store to store at no extra charge. The later closing time is the best around, wish other venues would take the example. Suggest the use of the app, and find your own answer to questions w/o involving employees. Superior solution solver, scan items #, looks up product costs & keeps from interactions most often unpleasant. Great tile selection!

Everyone that I reached out for help always helped me and guided me in the right direction.

We came in to get prices for refrigerators, planning on going to the discount appliance store down the street next. The staff in this Home Depot Appliance Department was so well informed, particularly with respect to the extended warranty through Allstate, and the pricing was reasonable enough that we bought the refrigerator without going to the discount appliance store down the street.

My Merritt Island store is welcoming. The store is well stocked with merchandise and store representatives which, seems to be, a luxury these days.

EVERYONE I spoke to today was knowledge, helpful and friendly.

We are redoing our kitchen and other areas of our house and my husband and I had a great experience. Chris In kitchen design was great to work with. Frankie in customer service the BEST,Beth In appliances could not have been more helpful. Thank you all for getting us through this !

Service desk is Top Knotch. All the staff are like family, I dont know there names. But I know thete faces snd they know mine. Makes ya feel welcome.

Your products or with standing the test of time

I needed assistance with obtaining an item from top stock. Associate in electrical seemed annoyed/bothered to help. I continued to shop and of course needed some additional clarification but no one seemed to care, even after directly asking me if I needed help. ☹️. The ONLY bright spot was your lumber cashier….she was sincere and friendly.

Merritt Island Home Depot is always a great experience. Over the last 6.5 years we've bought most of our remodeling supplies from them and 8 appliances. They stand behind their products and have helped us when we've had concerns.
