THIS WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN ANY PLACE IVE BEEN TO. IM CRYING IN MY CAR WITH JOY HOLY CRAP THIS WAS AMAZING.

Store employees are pretty helpful. Sometimes at night it’s a pain to get someone to help you. The lumber department needs some better customer service. But the rest of the store employees are very helpful.

MS. ROSALINDA was great and very professional

Aside from the competitive prices, solid inventory, and ease of finding items, it is this store's employees who really make it rock. Albert and Grace at Checkout help speed purchases through, and Lindsey, James C., Bill, and Benji in the various departments are terrific. The store would do well to retain and promote these and other individuals within the organization.

I like going to this Home Depot store, not just because it is the closest to my house, but it is one of the biggest stores in the area. They have gotten MUCH better at customer service, and if an employee does not know the product or answer, they know where to go to find the product or correct answer.

Staff were superior in their focus on customer service and showing the customer that they cared about the customer's needs.

Great customer service. Stephen checked the stock of an item I needed before I made the purchase for same day pick up. I had previously made an online purchase for same day pick up at another HD store, only to discover that the order could not be filled because the item was not in stock (contrary to what it said online). So, I appreciate that Stephen from customer service checked both the computer and stock before I went there to buy it. thank you.

Nice employees who know what they're doing and are helpful.

Sometimes products do not work as one wants but it is the customer service in this store that compels me to give it 5 stars. Thank you for always making things right.

Had a great experience buying my new kitchen from this store. Dave Johnson is the man for putting together a brand new kitchen from scratch at a reasonable price. The transaction was smooth and pleasurable. Dave is a great guy!

There was a great deal of variety of articles on the categories we were looking for. The employees in this store are friendly and eager to help. I love it Everything was neat and easy to find I look forward to my next shopping experience

The employees will help you when you need it. By me being from the south, the store has that southern hospitality feel abut it, makes me feel right at home.

Other home depots has referred me to this store when they were in short supply of items I wanted. Always there is somebody to help me to locate items or find alternatives. Always I returned with a solution. I am very pleased with this store. Employees are really very friendly.

Excellent service

This is one of the better stores in the area. They keep items in stock well and the staff is generally very helpful. Access can be a little tricky during busy periods but that problem isn't unique to this location.

The staff in the paint department were very helpful and took measures to ensure the color match of the paint I ordered.

Yensi and Shula are the best

The Merrifield Home Depot staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great store, great employees. Almost always have everything I need in stock. Plenty of parking upstairs.

Good place to buy things that I need

I’m a loyal customer at the Home Depot stores for many years. As always, I went to the store near my house at Merrifeild and The customer service used to be good. Today, after we checked out, the store manager Dwayne called me and my husband to the side. He bought out an empty red tool box and asked my husband where does the tool go? We were confused, we never seen that box nor we know what that is. He said more details about the tool but we never seen or touched that kind of object at all. He suspect us because we were looking for something else near that area but it was at least two bays away far from where he found the empty box in a trash box. Then Dwayne mention he has us on the camera. Since we were simply shopping for our home’s need, we would also like to see the camera. However, he didn’t show us the camera. We are very disappointed with this experience as the store manager, he has no even check the camera and suspect his customer for shoplifting. We were in the Merrifeild store at about 6:30-6:45pm on 1/26. Feel free to check the camera at the outdoor areas that sell the stones. I understand by law, a store employee generally are allowed to detain an individual when they have probable cause to suspect shoplifting. However, there is no reason to accuse us for something we have not seen or touched. I hope Home Depot can take this seriously, as the store manager, he should not have taken this kind of action. I'm worried this may influence your store or the brand if this continues to happen.

Had the best experience with an associate named Barry at the store. He helped me with my numerous questions, offered knowledgeable product advice and made my shopping experience the best I've had in a long time here. He was patient, kind, super knowledgeable and responsive. I didn't have to wait for hours to find someone to help me only to find out that they had no idea how to help me when I finally found them. He found me and was amazing! I will definitely go back again because of him -- he's a rare gem!

Excellent customer service throughout the store - from finding items (floating shelves, gravel, toilet seats), plant selections, checkout services, returns, and especially the Pro Loader (Jordan) who helped me get two 9-foot plants into the back of a 4 door sedan. Great store and will always shop there.
