Returned plants purchased in DE without a receipt and Rohit Vadodar knocked it out of the park for completed my return.

Me and my husband try so many store and last stop at this location. We're happy with service from Mr. Seyed Mohsen Kashami was helping us a lot with this product and explain carefully make us fully feel comfortable and trust this product before decide to buy it. Yesterday went to Home Depot in Merrifield for help adding string to the Black and Decker electric lawn edger I bought there so I could continue to use it. An Indian gentleman who told me he was the Home Depot "go to person" for all things in Gardening told me he had "3 of those lawn trimmers" and didn't know how to refill them with the plastic string so they just sit in his garage at home. He told me he didn't get any training from Home Depot on products they sell for gardening, and impatiently dismissed me and walked away. I wandered around asking CUSTOMERS until I found a CUSTOMER who could help me. Remember what happened to Hechingers: the mega-home and yard improvement company? They treated customers as annoyances, and weren't trained, knowledgeable or helpful about products. Well, Home Depot is following in their footsteps.

I run over to the Home Depot at Merrifield for everything from project supplies to gardening to everything else and it's the people at Home Depot that add to the fun memories of doing these projects, always so sweet and helpful.

I don’t like the military discount app. For the past decade I have purposefully resisted registering for the Lowe’s military discount program, because they require me to put confidential information into their database. So I’ve spent 99.9% of my hardware shopping needs at Home Depot over the past decade. Now Home Depot requires me to use a very fussy app, where I have to remember to bring my phone with me to the store, or I have to remember to pull it out while in line otherwise I end up holding up the line for all the other shoppers. Not a fan of the app!!! May have to reconsider Lowe’s.

At the Merrifield Virginia Location, Rob in electrical really saved the day. My girlfriend's favorite heated blanket had it's wiring severed when our dog chewed through it. Rob was able to fully repair the wiring, including stripping the wiring, pairing the cords with an adapter clasp, and testing the electric current to ensure it was working. He was so nice and helpful. He was really knowledgeable and told me to come back on his next shift if the blanket wasn't working. Thank you Rob!!!

Nathan is a friendly cashier, he helped me to find exactly what I need to buy, actually, I picked the wrong one at the beginning. Thank you, Nathan!

The employees seem to enjoy working there. Gives a positive energy and feel to the store.

The products are generally ok. Not the best quality but acceptable. It is best to look online before going; because the staff probably won’t be able to help you located a product. The website show the isle and bay number where products are located. Expect a high pressure sales job at the self service checkout. They must make a big commission on selling Home Depot credit cards. Gum surgery is more fun.

Today I purchased a PVC cleaner/cement two-pack, a length of PVC Pipe and two PVC elbows.

The store is always well organized. It's easy to find what you need and the store is always well stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly. Super well run store.

I bought my refrigerator January 2 and am very pleasured with it.

Placed an order for several kitchen cabinets. They enterd the wrong delivery address. A phone call failed to correct the problem so we had to cancel the order.

ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE WHAT I NEEDED

We had to return a lot of items after a home sale didn’t work out. We were stressed and had to bring our son with us to return everything. The employee who helped us was patient, kind, and wonderful. The transaction was handled smoothly and everyone we encountered was great!

This is the most friendly, professional and respectful Home Improvement store in the DC metro area. I flip homes and spend a lot at different stores and this is by far my favorite store to shop at.

Good customer service and there are variety of appliances and they have availability better than high end store. Was really suprised

I probably won't return to this store. The aisles need to be cleaned and cleared up. Stock needs to be more presentable, your lighting needs to be brighter the main passageways need to be clearer. I felt like all the merchandise I am used to finding in my local Home Depot was harder to find here.

Does not honor military discount. Poorly lit store. Horrible parking garage. Staff indifferent to customers.

$3.25 for one small 3/8 x 6 hex nut is ridiculous. Be warned.

I just moved back into the area and I had gotten a can of the marquee one coat hide guarantee in chic grey and it came amazing. This location I’ve never had an issue with. The second time I go in I need the same style and brand but in the color cameo white. I get home without reading the can- TRUSTING that I was provided with the same service and while I’m painting the wall I realize something is different. it wasn’t covering in one pass like the last time. I finish painting ONE wall and I notice I can still see an undertone from the previous color. I read can and notice the man had literally stuck on a sticker that read cameo white but gave me a can of the same brand but in interior durable flat, ultra pure white scuff defense. It had a little bit of a gloss and I didn’t ask for that. I wasted my money, my time on something I didn’t ask for and on top of that - it’s a humid basement- I’d don’t want anything with any kind of a gloss. I’m disappointed and disheartened and I’m never coming back here again. I saw him running down the aisle and I should have known something wasn’t right but I was giving the benefit of the doubt . He just wanted to keep on talking with his friends at the register. Please tell him he’s GARBAGE and a waste of an employee. He has no consideration for other people.

Very good store to shop in, lots of parking spaces, a lot of supplies on the shelves and also different specials that I do not find at the 7 Corners store. Friendly employees and quick assistance, nothing compared to the 7 Corners store.
