Albert, the cashier is great - very helpful and hospitable!

The item I went to Home Depot for was out of stock on the shelf. I asked Eugene for assistance. Eugene checked everywhere for what I needed. When he could not find one he came back with a suggested alternate item with a discount his manager approved. I was very impressed with the time and effort he took to make the customer happy. Great customer service.

appliance delivery and installation is a nightmare

I have NO idea who came up with the One Line Down An Isle for customers waiting to make their purchase,but it is a DISASTER! If there are four registers open, there should be FOUR LINES OPEN! Stop crowding customers down one isle where they have to squeeze by other customers, and PLEASE designate ONE line for ONE register that will accept cash, so that cash customers do not have the need to STAND there and wave credit customers by them, in an unsafe Covid manner!

Great place to shop. You will get everything you need for garden, kitchen.

There was a Caucasian Home Depot associate at the self checkout that was not friendly at all. She did not smile and made a big deal about me buying more than the 4 quantities of cleaning supplies. On my way out I told her that she is not nice to her customers and I do not want to shop at this Home Depot again. Her response to me was "fine". Wow!!

I stopped in after my refrigerator failed--with an urgent need to replace it. Online shopping here or anywhere was unhelpful, and nobody picked up the phone at this Home Depot. I walked to it instead and though the appliance section was unstaffed, Janette Dunder from Flooring spent 30 minutes with me -- showing great patience, knowledge, and a superb attitude. She also helped me with a potential future purchase of a new washer and dryer--which I am more inclined to buy here given her superb customer service. Thanks Janette!

This Home Depot always have the products I needed. It is clean and friendly staffs.

This Home Depot store has lots of choices and the shelves are well stacked. The staff are very courteous, polite and helpful. The staff went out of their way to help us find a specific item. I would definitely come back to this Home Depot store!

Everytime I go to this store I leave with items not on my shopping list. I can say the price stays the same so o grab what I can when I’m there! Love Home Depot

My recent experience shows me this store does not have the experience, customer service ethic are interest in helping customers I will avoid the Merrifield store and HD in general

The appliance department specifically needs more employees to handle customer load. After a very long wait, I just purchased my first appliance from Home Depot, a $700 washer machine. Unfortunately, once you purchase, you are now in the hands of the delivery/logistics process. Once our machine was installed, the technician knew it did not work correctly and made a note. When we called HD, they send you to the manufacturer hotline which transfers you to the on the phone diagnostic hotline, It's a nightmare. And if anything goes wrong you are then pushed back to the manufacturer. We are very unhappy with Home Depot and the entire process.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are top notch. They are handling the Covid-19 problem conscientiously and with good grace.

The Merrifield store I have always shopped. The employees are friendly, polite and always helpful, available & willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Really helpful guys and gals here, Needed paint for a project at home and the person at the paint counter spent time to talk and get me the color I wanted. Plumbing guys have also been very helpful when I went searching for parts for a broken faucet. My go-to store now !

It's not just the hardware store, it's a place of what's needed and staff that knows where, how and what you need to do or get. The products are always there when I need them and do the contract to the best as I need them. If need anything to work on your home or business, go too home depot..

If you are trying to return an item you bought at Home Depot with cash or a gift card and you don't happen to have the receipt, I would not recommend ANY Home Depot store. It doesn't matter if it's a $1.00 item or a $500 item if you don't have a receipt there is a good probability the stupid TRE will deny your return. It's a joke given the items scan into their system and they know they sold them.

The store was clean. Associate direct me to where I could find product I was looking for. Very friendly and courteous.

I always go to this store. The parking is easy and covered. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
