The store is always clean and neat. Employees always greet you with a hello and unlike other locations you don’t have to look far for an associate

Overall the store is satisfactory but it should display the general names of the products in the lane numbers

The people working here were so friendly to me and my family. You can tell they have strong family values and ethics. There were so many smiling, bright faces. I love this store and will continue to come here and bring my family and friends

Exterior door special order and customer commitment totally suck.

Bad shopping experience. Was treated arrogantly by sales associates. Was sent to3 different places by 3 different employees and the product I was looking for wasn't in any of those places. Apparently the employees don't know anything about their store. Needed help checking out, cashier could barely speak English and seemed preoccupied with texting on her cell phone. No one at this store takes ownership of anything situation except for standing around talking to fellow employees. Very poor management. Taking my business to Lowe's and Ace Hardware.

Katherine (Kathy, on her apron) the cashier was extremely polite and fast.

For all the bad rap Home Depot has received over the years, I was pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness of all the employees I have used in a major building project this summer. Thank you Home Depot

Cashier was very rude and unprofessional, she was on her phone checking her social media most of the time,I had to tell her to press the computer keys so I could keep using the credit card machine because her eyes were on the phone and not the computer.

This location frequently has upbeat and helpful employees.

Heavy sigh. The store's computer would not take my military discount of 10% even though I provided a military ID. Nor would it accept my debit card that I had just used at PetSmart and still had a $249 balance on it. There was a long line behind me....only ONE normal aisle open, not counting the self-service. Although the employee Jennah was nice, she was frustrated b/c the computer would not honor my ID or debit card. But she just said that's the way it's acting this morning. Really???? No military ID honored cost me $7....not a lot, but it's the principle of the matter.

Everyone is so friendly and will go out of their way to help you (me) find whatever I'm looking for.

I like the location of this store since it's just around the corner, price is reasonable most of the time. However, the service from the staffs need major improvement. Oh, we were stopped by a staff member inside the store soliciting organizer consultation, after nearly an hour of scheduling with consultant, the consultant never SHOWED UP, totally unprofessional, very dissatisfied.

Great Folks here. Always helpful. Noel, Roger, Guillermo, Wahab, Terry are all great employees that I have met at this store. They are all kind and responsive.

Not only were the associates open minded but the cashier was willing to help me out with my concerns and questions.

The employees in the lawn and garden were very helpful when I was asking questions regarding a new mower. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the parts and accessarys they keep in stock for future needs. They also offered to carry it out to my truck. Above and beyond service.

I get great customer service from the Manager & price matching that keeps me coming back.. Sometimes I have problems with my lifetime warranties for my roof, siding & other purchases but eventually, they get honored like they're supposed to..

Have come to this store for many years and have always been impressed by the service and helpful advise that Ben (Initials BM) in the paint department has given.

This store had everything we were looking for and the employees were more than helpful. The cashier was friendly. We enjoyed the shipping experience today.

When shopping Monday 05/14/2018 during the day, many people tried to check out and NO cash register was open. Avoid the store at all cost. Go to Allen or LOWES. Only one overwhelmed clerk at the self checkout. Shame on you HD. Several people were complaining and people trying to cut into lines. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Store is always clean and organized and the personal willing to assist.

They are always friendly and helpful to me. They also do a lot to help our kids do their school project.

Associates are knowledgeable and helpful if by any chance you come across one that is not they'll find assistance right away, its alway been a pleasant experience every time I go to shop or just to browse.

I purchased a wheelbarrow and the store employee Darrel was so helpful in assisting me to secure it in my car. His patience as we tried several attempts before he secured it to my trunk. His helpful and caring attitude was the hallmark of good customer service.
