I definitely will recommend this store, employee's are really friendly .

The best Home Depot I've ever shopped at. The cashiers are very courteous and the managers are absolutely personable.

I was completely satisfied with my purchases this morning.

Usually get good service . This time service was indifferent. Also had problems with delivery. Bought washer/dryer and pedestals.Delivery guys called on their way an hour and 15 minutes later arrived after I called twice. Did not wear masks. Did not level washer. I called later and was told the earliest they could return to level was two days later.Totally put me off Home Depot

The store is usually well stocked and if you ask an employee where to find something, they are always willing to help.

This store has the best staff, well informed on the products and a lot of patients. Thank you, especially to the landscape staff and the overall staff. Thank you, my favorite store and location.

I commend Home Depot for having the part that I needed and I didn't have to order the part. He was needed for my outside water faucet. It's a vacuum breaker kit. I needed it right away to stop a faucet leak. The employee, (Terry) that assisted me gave me excellent customer service. The item that I was looking for was not his are of expertise however, he still helped. He did not tell me where to go he showed me where to go. I will come back and shop at this Home Depot because of the experience I had with Terry!

Every encounter was simply remarkable! The employees are very friendly and helpful throughout the store and lines are well managed. I generally love the culture at all Home Depot’s but this one is by far my favorite location. I typically research everything on my own but whenever you just want to ask someone for help, this is the place!

Poor Customer Service Attitude...Again. Nikki, cashier this morning in Returns best be coached up on how to best cast a positive customer service attitude and don't let her negative events convey to the front end customers. The snippy attitude isn't cool. Ferdi, cost your store some business this morning.

Jaha(Cashier), Christian (Wood Center), and Mario (Wood Center) were simply excellent!! Great Customer Experience! Definitely coming back.

On-line shopping with the curbside pickup app was easy, quick and efficient. The Returns/Refund process was friendly and correct. Everyone demonstrated civic responsibility and respect.

The staff was so great (especially Carlos) they not only assisted me, but he helped with the following: cutting of the wood, came up with a perfect and better idea for my project, took me to get the correct screws and we did a walk through with pictures of how I would do the project. It was so nice and fun at the same time. Plus, he helped around 5 people while he was assisting me (multi-talking). Then he walked me to the cashier to ensure I was priced correctly. it was the most fun, exciting and best experience I have ever had at any Home depot.

Employees are knowledgeable and the manager, Josh Edwards, is 100%!

Ample supply of merchandise I need, everyone is helpful and courtesy, the store is clean and organized, check out is quick and easy. staff are aware of merchandise in stock.

Always have what I need, and super helpful employees.

This particular store has always been courteous and helpful. As a widow who many times has a question, I am thankful for the patient service and answers I have received. I am thankful for the kind help over the years.

It is reliable and friendly. The staff is always willing to help me. As a veteran I am always treated with respect and always thanked for my service. It is not nessesary but greatly appreciated. I also get a 10% discount on my purchases and the staff is always willing to work with me when I bring back aproduct that I did not need or needed to exchange. Very friendly store. I shop there all the time.

BEN FROM THE PAINT DEPT ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. HE MIXED PAINT FOR MY PORCH PROJECT AND HELPED PICK OUT COLORS TO MATCH THE NEW FLOORING WE ARE PUTTING DOWN. HE GOT ME TO PURCHASE 2 EXTENSION CORDS THAT WERE ON SALE FOR ONLY $14.00 THESE WERE $70 EXTENSION CORDS GRACIE FROM THE CONTRACTOR CHECKOUT DID A AMAZING JOB GETTING ME CHECKED OUT QUICKLY, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE

The general incompetence and lack of a customer first mindset at this location has grown to be absurd. Leadership best raise the bar on their current hiring standards. This batch isn't cutting it.

Store associates were helpful, friendly and patient with our questions. One associate from the Garden Center, Jerry, was especially helpful and stayed with us until we finished payment at the cashier station.

Staff not as friendly as they had been in the past. Staff not knowledgeable to help you when you ask simple questions. We purchased extended warranty for product we purchased. Staff did not know if info is stored in their data base, or if we have to register our extended warranty.

The Home Depot #0528 McKinney is my "go to" store. I'm just very familiar with it's layout and where everything is located. I do MOST of my home improvement shopping/repair needs here. LOVE the great products that they stock as well as the friendly associates.

Mario gave me the best customer service that I’ve ever received!!!!! He needs a promotion or raise or something!!!!!

If you need paint go see Emily W. in the paint department she is super knowledgeable and super awesome at her job!
