I walked in to get some mulch and 8 bricks for my patio. It was Sunday and 20 mins. to close. My grandson 11 and myself a senior. Got the loading cart and got the items on ourselves trying to get it done before the store closed. So, we pulled this loading cart from one end to the store to the other trying to check out in "self check' out. We we got there the cashier was heading back and said it was closed. So, we turned around and came back the other way with some other customers trying to do the same, except we had the lard cart with "heavy" items on it. When got back to the other end of the store, they had a rope accross the lane, "closed" as well. So, we're looking trying to understand, where is it that they want us to check out. There were 8 employees standing there, talking and laughing and no one tried to assist us. Finally, my grandson and is was told to pull the loading cart all the way around, some distance, trying to manuever between as small space with the cart, instead of them taking the rope away and allowing us to come and check out. Imagine pulling a loading cart around with heavy stuff back and forth around the entire store? Frustrating. So, I called the manager, because the girl at the counter starting being rude when I addressed her as to why would you all having us going around in circles with a loading cart, instead of removing the rope? Anyway, it was 8 employees standing there messing around and no one assisted us appropriately. The manage on duty did nothing but excused their behavior as they "young people, and they don't know any better". I told him, "This is their jobs to assist and they should not only know better, but be trained appropriately to assist customer who frequent this store." We finally got checked and unloaded our own items. I wouldn't recommend this store until they correct the way in which the take care of their customers.

I have only been able to purchase items I can find myself. And only self check, except in garden center. Absolutely no customer service at this location.

Always good, the only negative that I can think of is....at times not enough register help...other than that Store personnel and Store Mgr are great to work with

The store employee helped me with all of my planting needs as a first time planter! Her name was Karla, and she did not just help, but went above and beyond. If you go here, definitely ask for her!!

Great service and loved ringing the bell upon my exit to let the employees know I was very pleased with my visit!

Most Associates are helpful and friendly but I had a really negative interaction with an Associate in the Garden dept. Will not shop here again.

The Home Depot McKinney #0528 is my "Go To" store. I like the layout of the store. It just "flows" well for me. The employees are friendly and courteous. The items I'm looking for/needing are usually always in stock. LOVE my McKinney Home Depot-380 and 75!!!!

I needed some help with paint and colors and the paint attendant was very helpful!

Emiley in the paint department did a fantastic job helping me,answering all my questions and even upgraded me in the quality of paint I was planning on purchasing. After completeing the project I see I made the right choice and shopped at the right store. Thank you

The McKinney Home Depot at 75/380 is my "go to" home improvement store. I know some of the staff on a first name basis. They are just so helpful and friendly. I almost always find what I need in stock for my home improvement needs. Just a great store and staff.

Noel was a great associate. He went into great detail and explanation on helping me with a pipe leakage issue. He was helping me and two other gentlemen when a rude customer interrupted him and demanded help. He handled the situation very professionally. He was very knowledgeable and experienced at his job.

The #0528 McKinney "Home Depot" on 75 and 380 is my "go to" store. I frequent them quite often. Averaging 2-3 visits a week for ALL my home improvement and home repair needs. The employees are always asking if I need any help. I also shop the garden center for my seasonal plants/flowers and fertilizer needs. I highly recommend this store for ALL your home improvement needs.

We are new to the area, and we were SO pleased with this clean well stocked store. There were many who helped us, and the cashier was very helpful and friendly. Often I can not find a worker and in THIS store they could be found and they were kind and helpful. We are TOTALLY coming back!

Poor customer service attitude. Poor scheduling of help on the floor. The few on the floor were indifferent to helping; like it was a bother to interrupt their conversation with another employee. Product knowledge needs to be addressed.

I go this store pretty often, for business and personal. I am there often enough that alot of the employees recognize me and them for me also. And I have learned my way around so I am able to find most things. This visit was personal, looking for bargains on Christmas decorating and boy did we find it. Got some great things for next year, it was great.

Conveniently organized location with great employees

The store is a pain to navigate around with a shopping cart due to all the displays they have stacked in the isle ways. I am sure many of which would not pass fire code. They also only had self check out lines open which was a pain.

Great folks at this store

The store was clean and well stocked. The associates were helpful and took me to the department I needed and showed me where the product I needed was.

Each employee that has help me over the years has been awesome. Some has given us details on how to repair on a plumbing situation.

Love my local Hone Depot! I own land and horses and always have repairs or projects going. I use Home Depot
