The store is always clean and cool. The associates at the customer desk are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. The garden center needs more help. The location is great and the prices are good.

Customer service is always top notch. That's what brings me back time and time again . The other big box competitor cannot hold a candle to H.D.

Taisha Macey and Karin Myles of the flooring department gave us excellent customer service. They were very patient in assisting us about installation of floor tiles, and vey knowledgeable in this field. They made sure we bought all the things we needed. These associates were very friendly and helpful.

If you need appliances go to the Marrero Home Depot and ask for Miss Mara she is very friendly and not pushy very imformative

Dewey was our hero again. He explained the differences between a variety of brands/styles/sizes/blades of grinders. We bought a higher-end that better suited our purposes. THEN, he escorted us to the ultrasonic pest repellent Ms. Kim was a saint in patience as we stumbled our way through refunding the original grinder, purchasing the new one, and after-the-fact applied my military discount.

Great people and great store, lots of selection of products will always rely on for purchases in the future.

This Marrero location was clean and fully stocked with the latest technology, I’m remodeling my bathroom and my first stop was Home Depot! I never go anywhere else. The service was great and the staff was knowledgeable of the product sold!

Herbie responded immediately to my request for help. Loaded all 11 boxes of flooring on to the flatbed, then escorted me to different areas for items necessary to lay the flooring. He is ALWAYS courteous, knowledgeable, and happy. At checkout, a second employee separately scanned items in my basket while the cashier laboriously scanned all the molding, baseboards, flooring, etc. on the flatbed. True teamwork
