WONDERFUL STORE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT PRICES AND CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN !!!!! i AM DOING A RENOVATION OF A BUILDING TO A EFFCENCY APT FOR MYSELF . THAT IS ON MY DAUGHTERS PROPERTY THE BEATIFUL DOORS, WINDOWS , LIGHTING FIXTURES FOR INSIDE AND OUT ARE JUST SO WONDERFUL .I HAD THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT 4600 LAPALCO BL, IN MARRERO.I HAVE GONE IN AND OUT BUT THIS TIME I AM PREPARING FOR ME SENIOR LIVING SPACE IN WAS JUST GREAT FROM PRODUCTS BUT MONT IMPORTANT THE CARE AND RESPECT I RECEIVED FROM ALL THE ASSOCIATES FROM PRO SALES TO LIGHTING , DOORS AND WINDOWS GARDEN.IT WAS AWESOME THANK YOU EVERYONE CASHIER ALSO I GIVE THIS STORE FIVE STAR

Homepdepot is a great store to shop. The prices are super great. I went to buy some vinyl floors to redo my home. After comparing prices with others stores, Homedepot had the best prices. The customers services was good, all employees were there on hand to serve and assist. Yes, please shop at this store

Friendly staff Especially Alvin Ortiz he is the nicest if he is there you best believe you won’t have to look to hard for anything and he will put a smile on your face he makes the shopping experience there so much better! This store has many friendly staff and it’s organized you don’t get far without someone asking if you need assistance.

The Marrero Store is a very clean store always having everything that I have ever needed. this was my 1st time ever looking for gardening supplies; however, I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to purchase all that I needed.

I spent most of my time in the garden section and I was pleased by the items that were featured there.

I am so pleased with the Marrero location of Home Depot. i have been shopping there for almost three years, repairing a home in that time and i have never been disappointed with the products that I purchased, the assistance that I received from the personnel and my ability to locate any of the items that I needed. The assistance that I received from the store personnel in the lack of my knowledge has been helpful. I have even had blinds installed by your independent contractors and i am thoroughly pleased. In my opinion, home Depot is a one stop shop with affordable prices. I would not dream of going any place else. Thanks!

Got my stuff. Checked out fast. Good stuff. Employees were helpful. Store is clean. Lumber took a little while to come by but it looked pretty busy so its understandable.

I was pleasantly surprised at the plant inventory and the staff were very helpful. The store was clean and well lit. I found what I was looking for and then some.

Very nice people store was very clean Mara in Appliance's is my favorite person she is so nice.

The material that I need had to be ordered. Description of my order was Rmax Thermasheath 3 1 in.x 4 ft x 8 ft R-6 Polyisocyanurate Rigid Foam Insulation Board. The amount that was ordered was 76 sheets. Yes I was able to get the assistance I need. The store was clean and the associate was very helpful and friendly.

I have been working hard trying to finish remodeling my home. The employees here at this store are knowledgeable, caring, and treat you like family. I wouldn't choose another store to shop from even if it was 10 miles out of my way!

Great selections but poor customer service, even when called over the intercom system by employee at chwckout.

The paint dept and customer service dept at the Home Depot in Marrero, LA made certain that I had the paint I needed to match the paint on a wall that was painted over 25 yrs. ago. They went out of their way to help and make certain that I had what I needed for the project and left satisfied.

Linda was at the pro desk, I Walked to the back of the store to get my skus, then back to the front where Linda paged a supposed to be supervisor named herb, no answer so I walked back to the back to find help and couldn’t find any, came back to the front to tell Linda and again Linda paged herb a supervisor and he proceeds to tell her he knows nothing about cabinets, I would think a supervisor would be cross trained to know all areas of the store, 49 min later herb tells me while sweeping, you need a red cart bruh so I proceed to the front to get a red cart. I am the customer, a contractor I use this store as my sole avenue to complete my customer projects! This was horrible service and I am livid! So livid that I was about to take my permanent business else where, but Marsha grabbed me and based on my relationship with the pro team I came back in but now I’m hesitant to shop at this location. I pride myself on the relationship that I have with location but it appears my daily business doesn’t mean anything. I just needed a little help, I assist customers with questions, I tell all my builders this is the only location I shop, this Friday I was being my customer in to purchase a shed and materials for two bathroom remodels, I just can’t believe the service that I received today!

all of the Home Depot stores are ok to shop in but as far as getting help to fine things forget that so when you go in if you know what you need to buy and where it's at then you are in good shape, so most of the time when I go in Home Depot I know what I need but when I need help good luck

This is a Great store. The location is excellent and the friendly staff are very helpful. There is a vast majority of brand named merchandise in many areas of construction, home repair, renovating, landscaping or for whatever projects you may be doing. Everything is well organized and easy to locate throughout the store. The store is super clean comfortable and the atmosphere is nice. If you need assistance, a very friendly knowledgeable store employee will come to help you promptly. There is also self checkout which is a plus. The store clerks are very proficient.
