I haven't had a problem with any of the products I've ever purchased, but returns are not an issue.

The products last so long. Hardly ever have to exchange or return.

The employees at the marrero store are always so helpful when I go there.

Great experience purchasing our new refrigerator. The Appliance Specialist was so helpful and friendly!

Went to Home Depot got 15 bags of sand for a project Brenden loaded all 15 bags on a flat I was going to help him and he said I got this Sir my heart melts. Then he rolled it up to the cashier I paid and he rolled it to my truck. He loaded it very neatly never complained. I tried to give him a tip he said he couldn’t take it I was so thankful for his kindness Brenden you are going places thank you Home Depot.

I've noticed the employees at this store are more friendly than any other store I go to.

I shop here often for all my home repair and appliance needs. The store has just about everything available to do home repairs and appliance shopping. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The products are value priced and The Home Depot also has a great no hassle return policy. Anyone will be glad to assist you here!! I purchased a Rheem waterheater, had problems with it near warranty expiration time and the plumber recommended that I call the manufacturer because it was still under warranty; Rheem recommended a replacement and Home Depot honored their request. Thank you Rheem; Thank you Home Depot for your service to the Marrero community.

I had a few issues at check out with gift cards being loaded to my app. The staff was very accommodating to my situation and didn't make me feel rushed or I was causing them grief. I'll be back.

They had everything i needed.

When asking where can I find items a Sale associate walked me directly to it and made me aware that with the particular item I purchased I had to have a certain lock that paired with the door handle.

Can't say enough how much I was impressed with the service I got from Brenden in the garden department. So professional and efficient! This young man is certainly an asset to this store. Cashier Lindsey was super as well! Love my Marrero Home Depot because of great associates like these!!

I have been in the Marrero Home Depot twice recently where I really needed help. The representative in the hardware section-she knows her stuff, she helped us find the part we needed and knew exactly the size we would need for our refrigerator water hose. Thank you again. The rep in the appliance department was also very helpful to order my new refrigerator and help to get a 12 month finance plan.

I have been dealing with Home Depot Marrero since 1983. That is when our building contractor built our house and used Home Depot Marrero for building supplies. Since then we purchased all our lawn mowers and lawn equipment from them. Since my husband died whenever I buy a new mower or blower, weedeater etc., they put all the pieces together for me. I always want to pay them but they never take any money or "tips" saying it's their job to do that. Anytime something in the house needs replacing like a faucet or an appliance I always shop there. They sell Whirlpool which is great because that's the brand my husband and I always used. If you have problems, they will help you with that too but with great results. You will always have a problem "now and then". But their employees will help you work it out most satisfactorily. I have nothing but praise for them. I am very happy with the store itself too. It's neat and clean, I know where everything's at, and it's close to where I live.

Very helpful Associates and recommended the right product for me

Had an issue with a purchase of over $1000. Waited 8 weeks for a set of french doors that came in and were not correct. Went back to the store 4 time to rectify the situation. Not one time was I asked if I would like to speak to a manager. I ended up bringing the doors back and receiving a refund. No one did anything to make this situation right. I still have no doors. I easily spend over $500 a month at The Home Depot. Over $2500 in the last 2 months alone. I even have a Home Depot credit card. You have always been my go to store for home improvements, appliances & renovation needs on my personal properties & rental properties. After this you will no longer be my first choice but now my last resort.

Had everything I needed for home repair

We always shop at this store. We had to go to another location and we did not get the great customer service that we always get at the Marrero store

We found the washing machine we wanted at the best price around and the best delivery date. There was also a demo in the store that we could actually see.

Thanks to the excellent customer service I received from Taisha I will continue doing business at Marrero, LA home depot. She helped me when the cashier very rudely dismissed my dilemma. Thanks to Taisha I can continue to feel good about spending my money at this location.

I went into the store rushing to get stuff at the last minute and the last things. All the employees greeted me as so and offer to help and assisted me with everything I needed in every department. I was so surprised how fast I got around and went in and out in a flash with the help of the employees. They was totally polite, Patience and professional!!!

There are very nice selections for the spring.

There needs to be a first responder discount in place.

The gentleman in hardware was so kind and knowledgeable about the products in his department. He helped me pick the most convenient product for my project. Daniel in hardware is truly exceptional in his customer service. I could not come back into the store today so he did a phone sale that way I could have it when I come back tomorrow. Very pleased with the store and employees
