Everything we buy from Home Depot always works great and very accommodating.

I bought a light fixer 2 days ago. I don't have a photo.

Two employees went above and beyond to help me with products necessary for my home project.

Delichia needs a different career.

While my visit wasn’t bad it also wasn’t good. The lack of associates in every department increases the wait time for help. It’s almost as if someone intentionally short staffs the store pass a certain time. The associates who are there are helpful but they’re often busy helping multiple customers by themselves. I got to this Home Depot around 8:30pm & didn’t leave until almost closing in large part duo to the lack of associates in store & the lack of products on hand tho online it says this amount in in the store.

I made a purchase a month ago during a hurricane evacuation. For home and found we did not need Item. I thought the item could not be returned, but eventually called them and I was impressed by their customer service. The entire experience was a good one. No hassles!

Based on the experience I had with the cashier in gardening, I would not recommend the store. Generally, the other employees are helpful. Store is clean & generally well stocked, hence the 3 stars.

when you visit this store in Marrero you will get the best customer service. From entering to exiting. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT

COURTNEY at the RETURN DESK is extremely nice and professional. Im looking forward to going to this location again because she left a GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION. I enjoy doing business with businesses appreciate you shopping with them. It is like cheers everyone love to go where most people know you by name it make you feel like you part of the HOME DEPOT family.

Store is clean and the employees are helpfull.

Just purchased some flooring and was very pleased with the service. The associate, Taisha, answered the phone when I called to ask questions before visiting the store and patiently answered several questions. She even tracked down a sales flyer to answer more questions. There has been a sales associate at the desk in the flooring department each time I have called or come to the store. Once I was ready to place the order, Taisha even volunteered to physically count the boxes present in the store to insure that there would be enough flooring stock available when I needed to pick it up. Then she called me the next day to make sure that I was satisfied with my order.

The store is well maintained and stocked at all times which makes locating items simple. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, which makes for a very pleasant shopping experience.

I really like shopping at this store because there is one cashier that's always pleasant. She's a real asset to Home Depot and I wish there were more like her. You know who you are keep up the good work. She always ask if I found all the products I was shopping for and if I need assistance. I am always successful in finding the items I need when visiting this store. This store is generally clean and a pleasant environment for home shopping. Keep up the good work Miss cashier.

Home Depot made me feel welcome and the help was great. Though I was not able to get everything at the time, but one of the store manager, Angell helped me with my purchase on the Home Depot website since it was a custom order.

Bad customer service,

Store always clean and orderly,friendly service

When doing a return, the cashier Janel, was more interested in watching a movie on her cell phone than to have to do her job. The self checkout cashier was not helpful and not paying attention to when customers needed assistance at their registers. People had to go get her to help with their issues at the registers. Customer service at this location is by far the worst I have experienced at any Home Depot.

The employees are knowledgeable and customer oriented. I was able to get the assistance I needed and my questions answered. The associate in the appliance department was very helpful.

The Marrero store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. If you need it, they have it. Not only when you buy the product but the employees know the products and are helpful in explaining what is needed to do the job. Kudos.

Store is clean and organized . Shelves look great . Employees are knowledgeable and friendly . They greet and acknowledge you with a smile!

this Home Depot is exceptional Home associates in depatments to cashier return desk and operations manager . it,.s a great place Thank you Home Depot. I am a 66 tear old disabled woman.I have projects that i work on at my home.whenever i am in a jam the associates come foward with a smile

Excellent customer service

This store is clean and neat. Very nice employees. Only complaint is that the on line shows stock they have . Then I spend time looking for it then going to customer service to have an associate for it. More effort should be made to keep accurate info on inventory

Anyone looking for flooring, ask for Karen. She was exceptional at assisting me and completing my shopping experience with on line purchasing.
