Things are easy to find and the employees are always very helpful

Shopping for a patio set at the Marion Home Depot. A young man named Hayden was so helpful putting everything together. I was so impressed with his service.

The employee in tools dept ended my nightmare today by helping me get a compound miter saw for my husband for Fathers Day. He was polite helpful and went out of his way to assist me. After this being my 6th store today I'm very Greatful that he was there to help. A really great associate to have thank you

This store is always clean and well stocked. Good location right off Rt 13 near Marion. Have shopped this store many times, and have yet to be disappointed in the employees. Always saying hello and willing to help. If you ask about something and they are not sure, they will find out for you. This store is under good management, and you would not be disappointed by shopping there.

Poor customer service lately. Employees stand around and talk at customer service counter rather than helping customers waiting in line. Paint employee playing on personal cell phone seated behind paint counter while customers wait to be helped. Customer service at this location used to be why it was better than competitors. Lower prices and similar service at other home improvement stores make it worthwhile to skip this store right now.

Home Depot, Marion, Illinois is the Best Home Depot. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable and eager to fix any problems encountered. Their prices are good, and we know that if we encounter problems, they’ll make it right. We have been tempted on occasion to buy from another store, with a slight price difference, but we always end up buying at Home Depot, because we trust them and they never let us down.

The store is clean and everyone was helpful and knolageable even about other departments The Home Depot is and will always be my first choice in hardware store. My company also thrives on reviews when asking our customers there reply was to review our own services and let them know how we measure up to the expectation of our customers. Wow a whole new game changer in the review industries please I challenge The Home Depot and how they see them selves to the customer so they can stand out from the others and truly make a difference to each and every customer they serve.

The staff was very curtious, and informational. I had assistance as soon as I walked into the store. Felt very comfortable with my purchase.

the store was very clean and neat and the attendents were very helpful and willing to help in locating the product items interested in looking at for purchase.

Scheduled delivery of appliances. Would not give a window of time. Was told that I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. Received no phone calls. Someone was home all morning and afternoon. Website States delivery was attempted but no one called no one showed up. Not being able to give a window of delivery is ridiculous. People have jobs and such making it hard to commit an entire day to waiting around.

Very helpful staff and just a great all around store.

Marion store has the most helpful people in the store. It does not take all day to get a employee to help you and they are very knowledgeable on the item. I feel blessed every time I go in there cause I know I am going to get help if needed.

Great store, friendly staff

We are always drawn to the Marion, IL. Home Depot store and here's why....we love the "feel" we get when we enter the store. Associates are warm and friendly....very helpful with a smile and willingness to serve your needs....merchandise is of high quality at the best price and we can count on it being in stock most of the time. The store is clean and neat....we have never had a bad shopping experience here. We highly recommend this store to all.

Having been diy remodeling our home for the past 4-5 years, we choose this Home Depot store over any other competitor. We initially shopped at this store initially because it is closer but now we prefer this HD because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and have made it our go-to store. It is always clean and easy to maneuver around and staff always approaches us and ask if we need help.

STORE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

This store employees personnel that are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction, every area from New construction to Remodel to simple redecorating. A person would be hard pressed to find an item that is not stocked in store or available for special order. Store is clean and organized, easy to maneuver large items for purchase, although store employees are ready to assist with moving and loading your items. I LOVE HOME DEPOT!!

The cashier whose name is Hannah was phenomenal on my last visit. She made me feel welcomed and important. And was willing to take care of any issues I had. If all employees had the demeanor and customer service attitude that she has I would never go back to one of the other box stores again.

The isle signs and layout of the store makes it easy to find the product needed. When it comes to customer service Home Depot can't be beat !

This store has a good supply of the things that I may need from time to time, and I often find them on sale here. A good product at a good price. Overall the store is clean. Ith was good to see associates as you call them, restocking new items. over all rating is a 9.
