The Home Depot in Marion has friendly, helpful employees who are knowledgeable and encouraging to "do-it-yourselfers." Bob V in plumbing is specifically great! I have been remodeling my house myself for the past year and a half and am nearly done. Home Depot has been an amazing resource for my efforts. I love your on line videos, too! Thank you!

I like Marion Home Depot. Have been going to the store for several years now, built my home, plus a fire and rebuilt the inside back.They always have what I need, unless a shortage on the supplies. Thank You Home Depot .

If you are looking for carpet and flooring this is the place to go...they know their stuff and are wonderful to deal with!

Never had any problems at the Marion Home Depot.

First time shopping at home depot. I purchased a freezer in box. Box had slight damage. Got it home and large dent. I was over an hour away. I called the store and they gave a reduction for the damage which i was happy with. Joann

Products are easy to find and labeled well. I shop here at least once a week

This comment is strictly from a veteran's perspective . I've heard horror stories about the way some veterans are treated or approached in other Home Depot stores. The Marion Home Depot store staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable to me. They always thank me for my service and after I show them my VA card they see to it that I get my discount. I appreciate their help and friendly/professional demeanor.

Great employees very helpful and efficient. Gloria was great helping us. Store was clean and neat. All employees we encountered were eager to help. The store had what we were looking for.

We found the Life Proof flooring product to be of very good quality. It was in Clearance and the price was great. Staff were excellent.

I was on my way to another store because I was referred to it but saw Home Depot and decided to check to see if you might carry the product. I called when I was in the parking lot and was told not only did you have it but what aisle it was in. When I got there one of your employees saw me looking confused as to which one to purchase and she was very friendly and informative. She actually helped me to make up my mind. I am glad you have helpful people like this employee. She actually went out of her way to help me. Thank you so much.

We relocated to the Marion area a few months ago. Since then we have made several trips to shop the Marion Home Depot for various supplies we needed (furnace filters, ClosetMaid cabinet organizers (which I need more of), plumbing supplies, etc.) In the near future we are also considering the purchase of window treatments, a freestanding electric mantle heater for our living room and area rugs for our dining room and foyer. The store is conveniently located and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The people are so nice & helpful at all times, they go out of there way to help. If they see you are wanting some information they are more than will to help. You don't have to run all over the store to find someone to help you. They are always friendly & helpful.

I enjoyed the relaxed feeling of shopping in the store. The employees were helpful and polite. The store felt organized and well staffed! The customer service desk was very helpful also. My delivery was on time and my pick up return was handling very well. Thank you All!

Cain in the flooring department was outstanding. He assisted us while ordering our flooring, and took great care of us. Great experience overall. Thanks again to the folks at customer care as well.

These people don't run away when they see you coming unlike some other building material stores. They are willing to see you through your purchase and loading process. Thank you Home Depot!!!

Excellent store. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend young man named Ethan B. Was extremely helpful and went beyond to explain what I needed. Not your typical box store employee he actually knew what he was talking about and his experience helped me get my project done. The store was very clean and sanitary. I'm extremely impressed

I had a great experience at the Marion Home Depot. The staff were able to assist me in what I was looking for and got me the purchase I needed in a timely manner. Very helpful, great store!

Store is always clean. I can almost always find what I'm looking for but if for some reason I cant the employees are always very helpful. This is my favorite Home Improvement Store.

Store Associate Ashlyn was superb in customer service, attentive to details, and extremely helpful in providing info about product details.

I never have a problem getting assistance at this location, and I would say that 95% of the employees know the products in their area, electrical seems to be an area that is in need of improvement, (they are nice people) just lacking a but in knowledge.

This Home Depot has much competition now in our area and we still shop there...Service says a lot and the quality of the paint is tops.
