I was very happy with the staff today I was helped right away and the girl went above and beyond

We have used this store before and have always been satisfied with the service and the section of products. We have a summer home in Marion. Our primary home is St Louis, Mo but we like this store better. Store is clean and well stocked.

Helpful employees, great displays. I was able to find exactly what I'd come there looking for, and it was on display so I could see it. The store is clean and spacious, but not overwhelmingly large.

I appreciate the staff because they are always available and willing to assist me with my material choices. I value the staff and their knowledgeable input regarding my projects.

Brandi assisted me with all my questions and concerns with my new appliance purchase. She provided great customer service and I would recommend her for all your home appliance needs!

I called to check availability of a rolling tool cart. The sales person’s name was Raegan and she was extremely helpful. She made sure the item was in stock and was helpful in completing the purchase. Very friendly

I have used this store to purchase material for home improvement for more than 7 years and have found the prices usually to be lower than the local competition and the material quality to be superior to the competition.

I had to return something I bought online. I was hesitant in making the trip because I live an hour+ away but when I got there, I was immediately helped. The cashier Jessica L was friendly and patient in helping with my situation and never once showed any kind of frustration. The store manager, Bill M was AWESOME!!!!!!! He was kind and professional. He said he would make sure we left happy and yes we did! He went above and beyond to fix our problem! I do not regret making that trip and will def be going back to buy my other tools and equipment!!!

Jessica as almost always is my cashier of choice. She aims to please everybody and I for one, at the age of 80, am in love with her and the way she aims to please customers. She is obviously a leader and needs recognition in her permanent file to reflect her excellence. And I love seeing all the silly badges on her but I am betting that a raise, however small would be even more effective and guaranteeing that some other big box store does not steal her from you. And please do not tell my wife how much I think of this young mother. She knows how I feel and allows me to dream.

Home Depot has always met all my building, projects etc needs. Staff is GREAT.

This store has the items that I most often need to buy. I stop in every couple of weeks, to see if there is anything that I need or can use on future projects.

It was so nice to shop in such a friendly store where everyone is ready to help you find what you need even if you don''t know the name of the product and the employees know what you are trying to find. Great experience.

You don't have to find someone to help you. They are always asking if you need help. They are always pleasant. It is easy to find things in the store.

I have yet to find something not available or a staff member that does not immediately reply withy, "I can order that for you". The man in the black pipe area had the knowledge of someone who'd done that job in his earlier days. It was comforting. There was no one in that store that was unwilling to help.

I go to this store a number of times a month for the things that I need or can use around my home. This store has these items in good supply and at good prices. This is very important to me as I am retired now and have to keep an eye on my spending.

Customer service department and department employees should be aware of any and all rebates that are publicized online and in store so they can go over it with a customer and help them understand if it applies to their purchase and what they need to do to apply for that rebate. I encountered such an uncaring attitude and unwillingness from the dept employee to 2 customer service . employees. NOT A FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL BUNCH.

Customer service is top notch. I love how fast an item arrives if it is ordered online. Completely impressed with the text's I receive to show me the aisle and bay I can find the item I'm looking for. Great job Home Depot, Marion, IL !

Hello All. I shop this store because I want to, not because I have to. This store has a wide verity of products to choose from. I am extra happy when I find items that I'm looking for on sale at an even better price. The extra savings helps me on my limited budget, as I'm retired.
