This stores employees went above and beyond. This is my first home purchase and wasn’t sure what I was doing Michael hale went above and beyond to help me design my kitchen. I can’t wait for it to all come together!

The employees in the paint dept were very helpful at assisting me with picking the right paint to cover a navy blue wall I had at home. They were right about the information they provided because the paint I brought home covered it in 1 coat without even using a primer. When I went to checkout, Storm assisted me with the self checkout machine and we had a pleasant conversation the whole time I was being checked out. The employees here really make the store great.

They had the stuff to do the job without having to forage to other stores. Good Job

Home Depot had great sale on Milwaukee Cordless Tools. My porter cable tools were getting old, so I upgraded. Knowledgeable staff and April was Fantastic at checkout!!!

Even if items are shown in stock, they may not be available for pickup. I.e. in the warehouse not assembled. Staff is friendly and available

Thank you for going above and beyond to help me get the halloween item I was looking for. You made my day with as helpful as you were. You even called to tell me they went live earlier than expected and I am so grateful. I hope that the good you did you are rewarded for.

The store associate went beyond the call of her duties by helping me purchase a Samsung washer and dryer. She spent at least 45 minutes with me on the phone and found me closest set to the one I wanted. I wish I had gotten her name but I called back the store and told the manager how lucky they were to have this lady as an employee. I wouldn't hesitate again to call the appliance department! Plus I have a new washer and dryer coming that she help me select and at a very good price!

We have made several purchases there. Sorry to hear the company that installed our blinds no longer came to Cave in Rock, IL We bought products anyway b/c we liked selection and interest free account.

Kitchen counter renovation in a 120 yr-old house was the goal and could have been challenging. The Design Consultant at the Marion IL location provided options and recommendations that met our needs and within budget.

Home Depot in Marion IL has very helpful employees and great prices on their products. Always a helping hand to find what you need and someone to take you to it.

11-28-21 5:11pm We tried to get checked , and had to go to a different checker 3 times and every time we had to move someone else got in front of us and checked out in front of us. I was ready to set the things down and walk out. NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY WE WERE DONE AT CHECK OUT AT ALL. TM.

We were at Marion IL Home Depot. The service was amazing & timely in the kitchen appliance dept. Will always consider purchasing at Home Depot first.

If you are looking for something and Home Depot has it, then you will have no problem finding it on your own. The Home Depot app tells you exactly where it is in the store using the aisles and bays. This will save you time and money on your projects. If that doesn’t work then the friendly staff is at your service!

I purchased a pricey order for carpet and flooring...I wouldn't buy anywhere else!! Such great employees...especially Robert! Patient with my LONG decision making! Helpful, polite, friendly. Marion Home Depot is my favorite home store.
