Best selection of tool at good prices. The staff is very helpful too. I went in looking for paint to match my do to my shutters, I went to the floor and window or wall department I'm not sure what it's called to see if I could find the shutters and maybe the right color, unfortunately I could not find the shutter color but with the help of a woman I think her name was Tracey (but I'm pretty bad with names) was very helpful in me making my paint decision and I got a perfect match she was very patient and friendly and knowing that she was not a paint department employee made me thankful that she took the time to help instead of passing me off to another employee and the paint department was also helpful

My last visit in this store was exceptional. The employees helped me find products and were very friendly. The cashier was very nice and I had a great experience in the store.

Being nearly 3000 miles away from my home and my regular Home Depot store in Richland, Wa, I wasn't sure what kind of service I could expect in a store where nobody knew my name. I was very pleased with the warm welcome and service that received from the Mantua store employees during my product location and selection efforts and while completing my purchases. The store appeared very clean and well organized and the employees made certain that I had the best products to meet my needs as well as helpful suggestions to maximize my desired outcomes.

The entire staff just seems to be more friendly than other stores.

For the most part the Mantua Home Depot has whatever we need for our home projects. Employees are usually friendly. Most of the time assistance is available. The store is clean and neat. I am looking for a washer and dryer and I haven't been able to find one I like at this store. My husband is a veteran and it is nice that they recognize his service with a discount.

Great store, shop there every chance I get. The staff there are great.

I like this store because i can usually get help when i need it and find the product i want at the time i need it. If something is broken you can take it back no questions asked. Get a refund or another replacement for the broken part.

Was able to locate store items ahead of time using my Home Depot app. This app makes shopping quick and easy for people that know what they want or have a general idea.

This is a great store with quality products and very helpful and friendly sales associates. Very clean store also. I have always had very pleasant people to answer my questions and friendly cashiers to have a little chat with. Makes the trip enjoyable.

We were looking for a Microwave/Range Hood low profile unit - There were two Whirlpool models that you had - the one that was shown in the store was Model WML75011HZ($499) BUT the sign above it was for Model WML55011HS($449) - the sales guy we were talking to said both models were exactly the same and that the only difference was that the 750 model had 4 fan speeds and a LED light - we asked him SEVERAL times did both units have the sensory cooking and the fingerprint less feature he said YES they BOTH had those features.Well we purchased the lower cost WML55011HS model !!!!! after getting it home we discovered that this Model DOES NOT have those two features !!!! So we had to make another trip to the store to return it!!!!

The employees at this store were all helpful and knowledgable, with their help I found every thing I went for. I will go there again.

Shopping at the Mantua store is so easy. There is always someone in the store to help and assist.

I really do think that there should be cashiers at both ends of the store, I cannot walk as well anymore and its always a long hike to the cashier section....
