This is a clean store and the employees are helpful!

Always my local go to store. It is orderly, employees usually ask for help before I have to, and generally every department is very knowledgeable about the merchandise. Love coming here for the cleaning products, and Behr paint is 5 star!

Today I had to shop for an item and Auston the cashier was excellent! I was concerned about the price due to me having to purchase two and the items were expensive. Auston keep up the great customer service.

The employees for the most part are friendly and helpful. However the store does not keep their shelves stocked. A few times lately and since we are in the middle of a large remodel we are in the store almost daily - what I wanted was not on the shelves. End up asking someone to check the stockroom (also if the website for this store states that the item is in stock) for the item I needed. Almost every time the item is in stock but has not made it to the floor.

Great service today

Visited this location to purchase a circular hand saw after doing some research on which brand would be the best product to buy. I needed assistance on location of the item, why it differed from the product offerings at a Philadelphia location, etc., so Adrian was called over to help me regarding my questions, and as to additional product purchases I wanted to make. He was outstanding! Paid great attention to my questions, provided much information on products and assisted me in carrying the product to the cashier and then to my car. He was very kind and friendly. I would definitely seek him out again if I need any future help. Also, the cashier, Dorothy, was very helpful in providing input, assistance and information on signing up for a Home Depot card. Great team that I had experienced on my trip to the Mantua HD!

Everyone in every department is friendly... all the cashiers are nice and pleasant to deal with so far, I've been shopping here since 2015.

I’m a contractor and first time using this in stores pro department . Customer service rep did not offer an eligible upgrade for a four hour delivery window for materials. The materials are delivered by another Home Depot store closest to the job site....and there was just so much confusion between both stores going back-and-forth. my order never came as of 7pm on delivery day. My labor for the day for the men hired to unload the order was wasted, and so I went back to my old Suppliers store, on July 4 no less, made my order, saved $200 on On the exact same items as Home Depot, and my order is coming on July 5 no questions asked. I’m saying goodbye to Home Depot. BA-BYE!!!

I go to this Home Depot store in Mantua very often. It is a pleasure to shop there I always get great service professional help and great deals.

The US has and has had for a long time an epidemic of sleep deficit. I dislike being waited on by people who small mistakes or are sluggish and forgetful because they are too tired. This Home Depot's employees are generally better than another local one.

Products are easy to find.
