Don't believe what there system says is in stock. Store needs a full inventory audit

During my spring visits, I have spoken with 2 female associates who were very knowledgeable (Doors & Garden) and assisted me with choosing the right product and in reaching those "high" items.

The cashier (Dorothy) was very friendly and pointed out a discount on salt softener which was not displayed. Ed L. was helping us getting the heavy items from the shelf onto the cart and into our car, that was very nice as well.

All the workers were friendly and greeted me and helped with finding what I needed. And Tina helped me fill out the survey!

Returns are easy and any questions or concerns are rectified immediately.

It is clear that management provides a family - type atmosphere to employees. Happy store.

If you need ANY kind of small battery ,small,special ,flashlight or camera they have it.l needed CR 2032 for car key fob and HP had plenty to choose from.

Had to send a Ryobi tool back for servicing. It became lost store mgr replaced the product,. I appreciated that.

No mater what I go to Mantua HB to buy they have it in some form,paint foam lumber plants or screws it’s all there.

The cashier was so helpful, even though she wasn't in customer service, gave me good direction and helped with the items that I needed for my use.

I bought a welding helmet a Milwaukee tool box two master locks a pair knee pads a Milwaukee tool carry bag two packs of impact 1/4 3/8 1)2 all these tools are awesome I love Milwaukee I have bought the half inch impact the drill and grinder and 3/8 impact they work great oh and bought mechanic gloves and helmet light two then

Karen and one other girl at the checkout registers helped me update my pro account information and download the pro app to my phone. The was more difficult than it sounds and they were patient, courteous and very helpful; even going as far as teaching me how to use the app. It was the best retail experience I've had since before the pandemic. Thank you.

I brought all of the above and checked on storm door replacement. The staff was very helpful and greets you on entering. Different departments also had knowledgeable people to assist you with your needs and choices. I would definitely return here again.

I came here with my 2 kids because it was conveniently near Koles I was already at and needed some sand. I entered through the contractor side as that’s where sand and construction material is. I used one of the lumber carts since that’s easier for the sand and all that was available on that side. My 3 year old son doesn’t do very well walking through stores (tires easily) so I let him sit on the bottom of the cart. He wasn’t standing, climbing, or even squirming just sitting legs crossed holding the bar. I was only there long enough to get 3 items which were sitting on the other side of the cart. Nothing in danger of sliding or falling. That’s when a staff member decided it was ok to take time out of her day to stop and confront me out of concern he might hit his head. She wasn’t even in a Home Depot apron but showed her ID (too fast for me to get a name) and explained she can’t allow this to go on in front of her. She literally stood there blocking me until he got off which took him a minute because he was settled comfortably. At this point i immediately checked out and left not to return. If you want to lecture parents quit Home Depot and get a school counselor job. Do not approach me in a store to try and assert what you think is best. Not your place. Not your call. Leave me alone. If he was jumping around climbing or creating some kind of hazard fine but a lot sitting quietly in a lumber cart is not your biggest problem.

Couldn't decide on dishwasher and she patiently helped me.

It is our go to place for home improvement needs and gardening needs also.

I almost always compare prices between HD and Lowe’s before I leave the house and most times HD wins out.

I bought some important items and when I finished I got a small free gift from cashier her name starts with a c but she is an awesome respectable person. Thank you home depot for employing such welcoming people.

I bought a bathroom cabinet that was on display (no box). The gentleman that took it down was very nice and helpful. Once he put it on my cart he made sure I had all the numbers needed for cashier. The cashier opened cabinet to make sure nothing was inside and noticed the shelf missing. As noticing that the gentleman employee was walking up with the shelves in hand. If the gentleman and cashier didn't care about me as a customer I would have gotten home with no shelves. So thank you to those employees that care.

Bought a Dewalt drill and gentleman in that department helped so much in getting it unlocked from the shelf.

I enjoy most of the employees and their help, and how they go out of their way to assist customers. The store is clean and well stocked. I had an issue with my credit card which took over an hour and if not for Karen Jackson my problem would not have been solved. she is not only of your best. Cashiers need help with listening and taking commands. Karen Jackson managed due to her expierience kept me calm and we completed the transaction. some of the cashiers need sensitivity training toward their superiors. Karen Jackson is the best I have seen in years! don't lose her!!! Len Norvilla
