Store associate had zero interest in helping me, and quickly dismissed what I was looking for. I had to use the app to find the item I was looking for. The item was in stock and fit the application I was looking for.

Past History: Store had poor customer service store wide. It could take 15 to 30 minutes to get help in the past at this store. Currently: Store has had much better improvement on Customer Service and more friendly employee's willing to put the customer first!!! "A Happy,Satisfied and Welcomed Customer is a Repeating Customer" I will return to this Store again after my last visit!!!

I have always been able to get quick answers from someone working in the store.

I would recomment this store because I always find what I am looking for. The store always is clean. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

I’ve always had a good experience at this store. I can usually navigate through without needing assistance. But when I do need it, everyone is very helpful and friendly. This is definitely my store of choice. It’s very clean and organized. Great job to the store management and their team.

Absolutely the most pleasant experience we've ever had in a Home Depot anywhere. The friendliness, caring & professionalism of everyone we came in contact with couldn't have been any better.

Its very convenient to my home. However, Its often hard to get someone to help. My biggest problem is that the cashiers dont let ME decide how I want my receipt. I was in the process of choosing e-mail receipt and the cashier just decided I didnt want it. BUT she had no problem asking me THREE times if I wanted to use or apply for a Home Depot card. I said NO THREE times. Once should be sufficient.

Leslye was a great cashier. She helped me find a few things. She is so friendly and cheerful. She definitely loves her job.

The employees are always available to help and if they see you looking a little confused, always offer to assist

I would like to thank Home Depot family for helping through the COVID-19 . My son bought an older home September. I have been in this store two or three times a week for for everything. The employees have been grate helping me find what I need.

Staff is pleasant and willing to assist. Very clean store and well stocked.

This is for your company policy of not having earlier delivery services. I do not like having to wait two weeks for my item.

This store is smaller then the normal size Home Depot's ,but has everything you need. People are friendly and most of the time helpful if you get the right person. Parking lot could use some better lighting at night.

I am appalled and absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at the Customer Service desk on Friday 11/27/2020. I went to the service desk to ask if they would price match an item. As I was being helped by an associate, John was waving his hands in my face and yelling at me (after I repeatedly told him I was being helped), Supervisor Amanda was being rude and yelling at me (she was acting like I was stealing and playing the system. She then told me that I could just leave and shop else where..), Michelle Prell was making snarky comments as I was standing there and when I left the store, and the cashier Alison was smirking/laughing the whole time. I don't know why 4 people were yelling at me when I asked a simple yes/no question. They were yelling and talking over the associate the was helping me. The associate that was helping me was PERFECTLY CAPABLE of doing her job, so I don't know why 4 other people had to jump in and attack me and the associate. It was a very uncomfortable experience with the way they were treating me and the fellow associate. I work in upper management, and if my associates EVER treated a customer or fellow co-worker in the ways that they were, they would be held to such a high level of accountability. That is no way to treat a customer or employee. These associates need more training on customer service, and also just being a kind person in general. I am still baffled by the entire situation and feel sorry for the associates that provide excellent service and get over looked by these type of people that work with them.

Super impressive attention from associates especially in seasonal department

This store is a hidden gem. While it may not be as new or large as some of the other Home Depot stores, they had everything in stock we needed yet we still received fantastic individual support from the associates who work there. Gina in particular was very nice, kind, and helpful. We’ll definitely continue shopping at this store. Thank you.

Great Staff, informed and friendly!

Had a great experience there with one of their employees, Stella. She asked ME if I needed any help. She answered ALL of my questions about ovens & a fridge. She checked product info for me on the website & hunted down a ladder to get me a microwave from a high shelf. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her EVER!! She’s amazing! And I don’t know their names but there are two men (probably in their 60s or later) that are always SO helpful every time I’m in what I think is “their area”. I’m pretty sure the one told me he was an ex-plumber. They both have gray/white or maybe even blonde hair (?) and one or both have glasses I think. Anyway- they have always been so patient and helpful and I couldn’t appreciate it more! Thank you!!

The online inventory said they had what I wanted. They did not have it, nor was there anyone available to ask. Shelves were a mess.

Always have the needed Items in stock.

Store in centrally located and easily to get to and out of. Secondly, store displays variety of selection in product I was looking for. Prices are competitive with stores that have similar products.
