So much professional help here, I do believe the employees are well trained and feel valued!

I have been coming to this store for 18 years. I have never had a negative experience. I have another Big Box store closer to my house, but I prefer to come here. The selection of items is better and the customer service is ALWAYS better.

The employees are pleasant and usually when I ask where something is they walk me to it and ask if I need anything else.

The store employees are so helpful and kind! We did not have to go searching for someone to help us. The store was clean and organized with a good product selection.

Clean parking lot. Helpful staff. Friendly cashiers.

This store has a posted No Pets policy which is widely ignored and unenforced. Sick of it.

On black Friday, its always a crazy day to shop but this store had plenty of the specials, workers were not stressed out and very helpful and the danish and coffee when you walked in helped too :-)

I am a new homeowner and visit this store about once a week for materials/supplies for ongoing projects. They have the materials I'm looking for and the assistance provided by the employees is always excellent. I typically have a lot of questions and on more than one occasion I feel like employees at the store have gone above and beyond to help me select the right products and help me to understand how to complete a project.

For a handyman it is particularly helpful to have experienced/expert people in plumbing and electricity. The store is a short distance from my residence. The sales assoc are familiar faces and seem particularly ernest to help. The pro desk not so much. They only wish to deal with the proffessionals.

Early morning staff was happy and helpful.

The store itself if nice, but one particular female employee at the customer service center is extremely rude and not helpful.

Tired of walking from one end of the store to the other trying to find someone to help me.

This store looks great inside, but the is no one to help you. Not like it used to be!!!

Great customer service.....as I entered the store, an employee offered assistance and directed me to the correct aisle.

recently purchased an lg dehumidifier here the sales person was wonderful told me about the one i was buying and helped me lift it into my cart ....the cashier called for someone to assist me to my car and he placed it in my front seat.... luckily he was there because i had no idea that you couldnt place them flat down in the trunk ....top notch service and the humidifier is excellent

I wish I had taken the names of the associates who helped me with my recent purchase of a Weber Gas grill. The front desk and the person covering the seasonal area were both very helpful and friendly to my wife and I. The Mansfield Home Depot is always a great experience, and the associates are always willing to help.

The staff, especially Tammy were incredible. This is by far one of the best shopping experiences. The staff were friendly, and experts at identifying the tools you need to perform the job!

Dan in paint was super helpful in picking type of paint, color, amount and we received instruction on how to best apply one coat paint. Also love the folks in tile. It was easy to find assistance and folks are knowledgeable and very pleasant.

The garden Dept is very well stock with plants,perienials and has experienced staff

It's a nice feeling when you can walk into your local Home Depot and the employees and you are on a first name basis. Just a great experience and atmosphere to be in. Lately I don't know what it's been but everything has been very convenient and it's been an easy in and out experience. I love the fact that when you walk in for one thing and your not thinking about the other they have all those front end displays all set up for what ever season it is kind of just to remind you.

Great location for the Mansfield, Norton, and Foxboro areas. Staff members are eager to help. The store is always clean. Prices are high on some products but overall reasonable. Quick checkout and the location relative to other shopping is spot on.

I have not had any issues purchasing products, but significant issues with services. Several months ago I bought a refrigerator and scheduled a delivery. I took the day off to be their for their very inconvenient delivery windows. I received an email confirming the delivery but they did not show up. The store indicated that the refrigerator was not even in stock so I had to schedule the delivery for another time. However, this was a week later than I needed the refrigerator (the old one was failing). Three weeks ago I ordered a door measurement. The contractor was to call me to set up a time. I never go a call. I called the store twice, was transferred to the person who deals with contractors, left messages, and never got calls back. After 2.5 weeks I canceled the order and will look elsewhere. This store is convenient to me but I will be looking elsewhere when I need services.

I am in the middle of a hugh renovation project and have always used this store location but was really not happy this last visit. Logistics will bring me back.

Having this store less than 2 miles away from your house has been a life saver. They always have what you need at the time of your visit and if your in a hurry as soon as you walk in someone is there to greet you and assist right on the spot for that quick in and out.
