Bought a 1 gallon container of tile adhesive yesterday to complete a tiling project. Opened it very early this morning only to find someone had already opened, used and returned to the store. My smooth edged trowel that I use to scoop material out of the bucket is resting on top in photo. Was still able to complete my tiling project early this A.M.

If you have a plumbing question and need help… just look for John he’s marvelous.

Weather Shield Lumber has some very knotty boards so I am most grateful the store lets you go through it & select what you want. Some has through & through knotholes. And you shouldnt have asked me for my email TWICE!

This is probably the the cleanest and most well laid out store I have been in. The employees are friendly ,accomadating and well trained.

Went in for one thing saw something else that I needdd but had forgotten about. Only saw it when I was walking by a display.

Every time I go in that store I see happy staff I don’t know what they’re doing or maybe it’s the management but the vibe you get from the people working there is always positive. It makes you wanna work there.

The employee is a professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Always a pleasure to shop there never had a problem with anything, and i’ve have spent a lot of money there. Great store that’s why I spend my money there.

I love Home Depot from renting tools to gardening to Do it yourself projects. This Home Depot is clean and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The grads are cool too!

Signs were not clear in this store. I did not know which items were priced what. Old sale price signs up.... very irritating. I left paying more than I thought I was spending. Cashiers were not very helpful.

Farhana was incredibly outgoing and greeted me immediately. She was more upset than I was that someone had cut in front of me, which I hadn't experienced before. She noticed that, and suggested I raise my voice to make sure I don't lose my spot in line. I thanked her but said I was more patient than others. Give her a gold star! ⭐ ✨

So many people I have worked with since we moved from MN and they all have character, professionalism, and a desire to help others. I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else. Randy had a great personality and though had customers in line, he was doing a great job keeping everything working correctly. appreciate the staff here, will be coming back.

Excellent inventory. The employees Steve in lumber and Jane in paints will help you with all you projects. Absolutely fantastic

I am always going to Hd for something either work related or personal home items. Here employees actually care and will help you get whatever you need. There is a guy Tony that has gone above and beyond many times. Glad I live closest to mansfield Home Depot.

NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. EVERYONE IS SUPER HELPFUL, LINES ARE NEVER LONG, SHELVES ARE STOCKED AND GREAT LOCATION. A+++

I was looking for individual drill bits and only found sets of 15 or more. Store employee directed me to an area that I had not seen and found what I was looking for.

Went in to buy something quickly prior to work and was greeted and found what I wanted right away. All associates on were very friendly.

Shop at different HD stores. The Mansfield store is much more organized and so much cleaner than some of the others

Why does HD hire frustrated unmotivated folks and put them in as cashiers and customer service? Not a good way to do business. HD should screen their employees for a minimum standard of professionalism, lacking which should disqualify them from customer facing roles/jobs

Store employee Lily would not allow us to complete our shopping for three items, told us we had to leave because it was 6:00 and they just closed. She acted as if we were out of line to think we would want to or be able to complete our shopping immediately upon store closing. Other staff member at registers allowed us time to go back and get three items totaling over $125 to purchase. This took less than five minutes.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I know I will get the help I need whether my project is big or small. Highly recommend the Mansfield store for your home improvement needs.

Product purchased works well. Want to mention the express cashier named Lori was very attentive and friendly to all customers at checkout which made for an even friendlier experience.
