Models on display—sufficient. Salesperson efficient. Delivery and installation need work. Installer said he didn’t have time to install door handle from left to right. Follow up with Home Depot 877-946-9843 referred back to Mankato store and the response there was ‘we don’t do service’ ‘chance of delivery team coming back is 1%’ ‘don’t know who to refer you too’. Oh my!

MY favorite store . The Staff is one of the best around Morrie and Kenya were great. I have always believed that a store is only as good as the people that run it . The staff here are Great

I always use the contractor door because I'm lazy and don't want to park 4-5 deep in the parking lot; and I always see Kenya when I walk in the door. Best cashier ever. Better than self checkouts. Honestly instead of self checkouts you should just clone her and have like 30 of her running the front end. Make it happen.

Brennen was very kind and helpful in our recent purchase of 3 appliances for our kitchen. He was knowledgeable and quick in completing our order. He was careful to review everything with us for accuracy. He went the extra mile on delivery day to phone my husband (who was not the contact number for delivery notification) as my husband and brother-in-law were riding together to coordinate a couple of different pick-ups in Mankato as we live about an hour away. This was very much appreciated and worked out really well. Our appliances came as ordered on the expected delivery date. There was no damage and we are very satisfied with the whole shopping experience.

Awesome Customer Service, Friendly and Extremely Helpful Employees!

This is a top-notch store. I'm a caretaker for a retreat center about 20 miles away. When I need supplies for repairs and improvements, I come here first. I rarely need to go anywhere else. In addition to the good selection and quality of merchandise, the employees seem like genuinely decent people. They're friendly, they know their product, and they make sure I find what I'm looking for.

As frequent customers of home improvement stores we’ve had our fair share of bad experiences but one employee here turned that around. We left the store satisfied and excited to start our project. Superior customer service!

What an amazing experience. From my call to inquire about building a new riser/pedestal, to the milling department help choosing the right base material and getting it cut perfect and to the exact size, to getting attractive feet rollers to match the silver knobs on the cabinet, to the paint department help that gave me the right paint color, and added waterproofing. Getting me the right paint tape, and glue to glue the melamine together and the approximate time for drying. The department experts came together to ensure I could have a successful project when I got home. I'm starting my project this weekend, and because I'm fully prepared thanks to the staff at Home Depot, I can't wait to update you on the finished project! Hopefully I'll be able to post a picture when I'm finished. I love this bathroom linen tower, and it means so much to me that I'll be able to save it now. OMG! This was the best post-Christmas sale EVER! So much fun! I am excited for the 2019 holiday season now that I actually have Christmas decorations to put up. The staff (Kate & Jonathan) at the Mankato HD were so fun and helpful. Best day ever!

Store associates are great however the customer service desk is where we ran into problems. Not much help at all, we were told we'd have to figure out our issue on our own. They pointed us in a direction and pretty much said sorry and good luck. I was very off put by the customer service, as there wasn't much service provided. We ended up figuring out the problem on our own, which including calling an a help line. When we figured out the problem the associate on the other line asked us to have to store call them to verify information, and seemed surprised we were turned away rather than the customer service desk calling the help line with us. When we got off the phone we headed back to customer service where we said the issue seems figured out but the help line wanted the store to call them. The look on the associates face clearly showed that she did not want to have to make the call and talk to them however she did and quickly once the customer service associate called the help line the matter was resolved in a matter of a minute or so. Rather we spent 20 additional minutes doing it on our own rather than customer service helping us solve the issue.

Great Black Friday Experience. Store was organized with ad items easily found. Employees were enthusiastic and helpful. Fastest check out experience of our day. We had breakfast before we arrived but the donuts and coffee at the entrance looked yummy! Kudos and thanks to Management and Employees who set the festive tone!
