Staff was available to help me make duplicate house keys. He even went into another department to get something for me, because I told him I couldn't find a particular item.

Love Home Depot! Great helpful employees and service. Cool products that my husband likes shopping for! Keeps him busy while I shop the garden center! Home Depot has the best garden center in town!

I am writing regarding the garden center only. The clerks on the floor show no interest in assisting you in any way. They answer questions but do so quite rudely. I approached a lady today to ask about some plants that appeared to be dying & asked if they were on sale. She said that she only works with flowers, did not turn her head to make eye contact with me nor did she look at the plants that I was referring to. She stated "they do not go on sale~ ever!" I would appreciate help & knowledge in the garden center but do not look for it at Mankato's Home Depot !!

I had a great shopping experience today at the Home Depot. In particular, Paul was very helpful in my selection of a cordless drill - patient and knowledgeable and asked good questions.

The personal are super, andvery knowledgeable and polite. In addition they recognize VETERANS with also politeness as well giving them a discount on their sale.

I believe Mike or Michael was the young guy's name that helped me. I went there ro purchase a lawn mower and he made my experience great. He went over and beyond and made sure I was a satisfied customer and helped make sure I got the correct oil and made sure that if I needed anything else he was willing to help me find it. Super nice guy and is good at his job.

There were no employees around to help me. I had to go up front twice to ask for help prior to being helped. (The first time a cashier paged for help and no one came to help.).

The store was clean and employees were helpful and cheerful! Visiting this store was a fun and fulfilling experience!

The store is easy to navigate through, and the employees are eager to help. If I can’t find an employee right away, I have the home depot app which is amazing. It tells you whether or not a product is in store and it can take you to the exact location of a product. All employees are knowledgable and friendly, and will give you a great shopping experience

We were able to find everything we needed for our painting project. Ben was quite helpful with our questions. We were able to look around to get other home project ideas. It was a great experience overall. The associates were attentive and courteous.

I found customer service at this Home Depot store. All staff was friendly and professional. They all wanted and did help with everything that I needed. There was enough staff, you did not have to go searching for help. They have a great selection of almost all products that you need. Very clean and organized store.

Amazing experience today . I went in to buy my son a table saw for Christmas and was in and out , driving away in 15 mn with a big table saw in my back seat !! Amazing . Friendly staff .

Store Associates Noah & Jacob were excellent to work with in ordering blinds at Home Depot. Very service & detail oriented employee providing a Great Experience!

Very helpful employees in several different departments.

The employee that helped us in the paint department was not knowledgeable and couldn't answer basic questions. He also failed to seal the paint can after he mixed in the sheen resulting in paint being spilled all over our carpet. I would give the store zero out of five stars but that isn't an option.

Employees were very helpful and ALL were had their face mask on covering their nose and mouth. Gerodo (sp) was very helpful within the Hardware Department. Items here that other stores did not have and made a great gift for our 11 year old grandson.
