The Mankato Home Depot staff are excellent. They know about the products sold and location of everything I need. This store is organized and clean. They always have fun things on clearance too!

Employees are all friendly and make sure that I have what I need. Had three employees go above and beyond to help at closing time to make sure I had what I needed

If you like running all over the store looking for help And the checking your self out while employees stand around this is the place

Check out is very difficult.

To be honest, I was in the store the night before and was not real happy with the amount of interest the sales associate had with my questions. Therefore I returned the next afternoon to speak with people who were more interested in helping me. I live 25 miles from this store so that in itself was a bit of inconvenience. I was able to connect with Tom the store manager whom in my opinion was excellent. Thank You!

Dear Home Depot, Jeff and Matt was amazing. They helped me find what I need and was very friendly. This was my first time in this store. I just moved to Mankato and coming to this store gave me comfort because I usually am from Rosemount and been in mankato for two weeks now. Jeff used to work as a carpenter so he was willing to cut my wood, and wouldn't take my tips. He was genuinely nice and I really appreciate it. I really appreciate all the employees especially Jeff and Matt. Thank you!

Very friendly staff for 8am on a Monday morning! Laura had a big smile and helped out an old veteran at the check out. Great to see that it's not just a job for her!

Kody, helped me pick out quality flooring. I do a lot of remodeling and he showed me some new vinyl plank flooring I have never heard of. What also helped is he had knowledge in installation as well. He also came to us right when we said, "we should ask for help." This store is good at helping people and knowing when they are lost.

The employee's are very helpful and friendly for the customer, they want to make your shopping experience a great one also every first Saturday of the Month they have a Kids day where you bring your kids in and they get to build an Item they have for the event and when done they get to take it home and they also get an orange apron when they do the building and they get to keep it and they can bring and where it each time they are there for the event also each time they get a badge/Pin to put on the apron, if you haven't checked them out stop in this Saturday the event will be going on there

This has always been a Great place to shop ! I've been shopping here for many years. Good helpful people work here lots of great products

I no sooner walk through the door and I am greeted by name by Rhonda, When I am not able to make it to Mankato to shop, all I have to do is call her and she knows who I am and I order product to be delivered directly to my home and I don't have to do anything! The delivery guys even put my order right inside my shop! , I live over an hour away so this service is fantastic!

I renovate properties and I always go to the Pro Desk so they can make sure I have everything I need. Rhonda always takes care of me so well and I appreciate it!
