This store did an excellent job with customer service regarding a return. During the process the employees were fast and attentive and only were there to get me on my way with the correct product.

I couldn't get assistance in appliances because customer service was covering the department and 3 of them were talking behind the front desk. When I took pictures of what I wanted and walked up front one yelled 'Not it!' and turned away so he wouldn't have to help me. They didn't have what I wanted in stock, so I had to keep walking across the store taking pictures of the skus of what I wanted.

I went into the store to purchase some exterior paint and the employee was very helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. I then went into the garden center looking for some plants that require direct sunlight and Morgan was so helpful and knowledgeable with helping me find the plants that I needed for my home. I will continue to shop at Home Depot as I have in the past. Their always seems to be enough staff on the floor working if you happen to need something you are not having to look all over the store to find an associate. Also very clean building and carts at the front entrance. Keep up the Good work! You are appreciated!

I went to get new electrical outlets for my house not knowing at all what I was looking for and the sales person in that department explained everything to me and assisted me in finding what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly!

Like any store, you have good days and bad days. We remodeled a home and then built new within the last year, so needless to say, we've made scores of trips for everything from shingles and lumber to closet brackets and cleaning supplies. If you need help finding something, once you are paired with someone who can help, they will stick with you and help you all the way through your experience. I've been in the store before where I needed four items, one from each corner of the store. Employees have walked me around with my list, stayed while I've chosen, and then led me to the next item. My most memorable experience is when I was trying to find someone to help with a custom order in the door dept. Nobody was around to help, and I waited and waited. When I was finally helped by Brennan (and it wasn't his department), he did everything he could to keep me from getting angry. He calmly walked me through the order, walked me up to the front desk, and apologized profusely for my long wait. Because of that experience, which I know starts out kind of bad, the way he treated me (and then recognized me when I came back for future visits) makes me feel like I'm an appreciated and valued. There is another home improvement store right down the road. They are often less expensive, but I will choose to come to Home Depot for the quality and the people who make me feel welcomed (and not like a cog in a wheel, like at the other place.) I am willing to rewrite this better for your website or whatever. My main point of writing is to say that Brennan is a superstar, and please keep training your team to look and notice, and to anticipate their customers' needs. I hope Home Depot is around for a very long time.

I just wish your store carried more 75W & 100W daylight bulbs preferably by Philips. They have the best quality out of all the junk out there.

Mankato store is a regional shopping store. Shoppers travel 50 miles and more to make purchases there. Employees don't always understand that but some are just entering the world of work so give'm a break and some experienced advice when they are missing experience. This type of store is a warehouse/discount store, if you need training/direction doing your do-it-yourself project it might be more of a project than you can do by yourself or even with your buddies help. They do have installers and that may be a better way for you to complete your project quickly and economically.

I found Miranda the cashier to be very helpful. She was ver good at explaining everything to me.

The most impressive thing about shopping here was that they have a reserved Veterans parking spot right by the entrance. It's great to see stores honoring those who served our country!

I always find the store clean with plenty of sales clerks around to help me. Today I needed help to reach a product high on the wall. Laura was the perfect person to help me as she was all friendly with plenty of smiles, and new exactly where the items were. I like the trendy styles they have too! Very clean too!

A very pleasant shopping experience. Amanda was very professional and pleasant to work with. This was not her department but she took the time to wait on us, find the answers to our questions, and close the sale.
