Just love to visit this store ... specially when employees get familiar with you and help you as nicely as they do.

Both Christopher and Jeff in the paint department went beyond the call of duty and were professional, courteous and helpful.

Employee was very nonchalant regarding delivery issue for GE refrigerator. She did not care if I cancel the order or not.

This is the worst home depot I have ever encountered with in my life. Very bad, poorly trained customer service and store management.

I'd avoided HD for years because I rarely found an employee who had time to answer questions, was knowledgeable or spoke English well. This last visit was terrific and a very welcome change. I received personal attention from two employees who were highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I will certainly return soon!

I don't shop here often, but today was stellar! Customer service with one employee blew me away. He treated me like one of his family members, listened, and gave me all the time I needed to arrive at a decision in buying a product that fit my needs. Highly recommend this store because of this individual!

I have been a customer of this Manassas Virginia store for 20 years, and I have to say that the level of customer service that I receive every time I go in to shop has been exceptional. I am always very satisfied with the variety and quality of products that they sell. I like the way I am treated from the time I walk in to the time that I checkout. I have been in a number of different Home Depot stores in the area, but I always come back to this one.

Employees at this store care and are very friendly. I like the way they look for ways to help and make your life easier. To me half of your project is done by receiving that s[special treatment .

Employees in this store look very passionated to help customers. But a little bit understaffed for a huge store.

Great experience at Manassas store today! Victoria was a rock star with our online return. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

You can see Mr.Victor Scalercio (The Manager) walk around the store and helping guest. It looks like Mr.Victor Scalercio do not ask any of his Associate's do a job that he has not done himself I have seen him out in the parking lot getting the cart and bring them up to the front of the store.!!!

Jon in Lighting Dept was very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Home Depot Mngt needs to increase his raise.

Everything was nice until I checked out. After punching in my coupon code the customer service guy stays "let me show you something", proceeds to load the customer survey on my phone, gives himself all 5's on everything. Apparrently he wanted to "show me" how to enter the sweepstakes. Wasted my time for his own gain.

Customer service would not give me a veterans discount even though the web site states they give it every day. I was told it is only on certain days.

The associates were extremely helpful. Did some research online prior to coming in. Found exactly what I needed.

The customer service here was incredibly poor. I went in to exchange a broken tool, the lady at the customer service counter could not "exchange it" so she gave me a gift card instead for the WRONG amount (off by a penny)... When i went to checkout, it took 10 minutes waiting at the self checkout line for the person to come back to help use the gift card (they had to verify ID). I waited on the phone to complain to the manager Vi***r Sc*****, and never got an answer. This isnt the first time I had a bad experience here. This place is TERRIBLE!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If your a VET, this isn't the place to go. They don't honor your Honorable Discharge. They won't be in business long with the people there. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Great customer care and service. This store represents how customer service should always be. It has not disappeared here at this Home Depot.

I was looking for tools not one employee stopped to ask me if i needed help they had a few items i wanted but were empty when i started asking if they're were more nobody knew it seems like a bunch of zombie walking around not knowing whats going on sad its a big and only store on that end of town
