Excellent customer service at this store

Friendly & helpful staff

I had a very positive experience at this home depot! The employees were extremely attentive and accommodating. One helped me for over half an hour, planning out the best way to finish my plexiglass project. I was so appreciative of their time and expertise.

The store is well equipped and employees very helpful and friendly. Every time I passed a employee they actually looked at me with a Welcoming smile. Made my shopping experience good. The store was clean and organized even at the Christmas rush. What I was looking for was there at a very reasonable price. Way to go HD!

Nice place to shop for what you ned for ypur home projects

THE STAFF HERE ARE SO HELPFUL AND INVITING. IT JUST MAKES ME WANT TO KEEP GOING BACK EVEN FOR STUFF LIKE DISHWASHER TABLETS INSTEAD OF GOING TO WALMART OR SOMEWHERE. STORE 4607 IS ALWAYS SO ORGANIZED AND WELL STOCKED. THE BATHROOMS ARE NICE AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND FREINDLY FROM THE ENTRANCE TO THE EXIT AND THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STORE.

Great place to find the things you need and excellent customer service

Convenient location, generally clean and friendly. However, many times I have had to go to the Liberia location for items not in stock here.

Store made it an lengthy process for me to get a military discount. Cashier apologizes for not giving the discount eventho I requested one and indicates Customer Service can provide it. Customer Service indicates it will be a lengthy process since I would have to return all the items and then checkout again.

During my many visits to the Home Depot Store I have received great customer service. I would like to acknowledge and thank the following store associate's for a job well done. Store Associate Damon in flooring who is very knowledgeable of his department, the products and services. Damon assisted me previous in the purchase of flooring product to enhance my home. He was there from the selecting of the flooring products to sale and installation, and after care. Damon is one of the best sale associate I have experience in Home Depot. I would also like to give acknowledgement to Nathan in Lumber Department. Nathan is very knowledgeable of his department and other departments. He is very polite, professional and helpful in assisting in getting the things needed to complete a project. To Damon and Nathan thank you both for experiencing great customer service at it's "Best" Mr. Lawrence. C

Purchased counter tops from Home Depot and they were installed within a week from time of paying for them. The lady ,Andrea, at home depot was very professional in assisting us with our purchase . The people who installed the Silestone counter tops were great . They were on time and finished in a timing manner. Also very neat and cleaned up after completing the job.

We bought $2000 worth of Tiles at manassas store; Sales person was great, however; The delivering store Warrenton is terrible. They told us the delivery was going to be yesterday, they didn't show up. Our contractor sat and waited for them. They rescheduled for today around 930 a.m. and failed to deliver again. My contractor is waiting on job site for flooring to be delivered. we called the store no one could help us. I will make sure not to shop at home depot again for my future projects. I need my flooring deliverd ASAP.

Always helpful wouldn’t go to any other Homedepot store only 4607

I was able to find what I needed. I made two trips to the same store within a two day period. The associates were helpful; however, one helper did not quite have the usual smiling or pleasant disposition as previous visits. Not upset or disappointed; however, someone else may take it differently. People do have rough days or illnesses but try to work.
