I order doors from this store in April and I am still waiting on the doors.

A store with great associates, especially Gloria and Bobb. Both have helped us with our kitchen and carpet.

Hats off to each of the employees we interacted with this afternoon at the Streamwalk Home Depot in Manassas. Jim and Joe in Hardware, John in Delivery, Andrew as head cashier. They were all helpful, professional and friendly.

It is my favorite store

This is the darkest Home Depot I've ever been in. Makes me uncomfortable everytime I go there so I don't go often. Today I was told to go find the price of an item! I don't work there. When I returned with a picture of the salsa tag, the cashier took my phone, pulled up the Home Depot survey and proceeded to click on every best possible answer! I would have never scored this particular store that high.

The store is clean and good customer service

Customer service is non-existent at this place! Employees all have something better to do, including chatting with each other, and the only "thank you" I got was from the computer at the self-checkout. There's too many options around this area. I won't waste a trip to this place again.

While in this Home Depot store, I was looking for specific items to complete work I was involved with. The fellow at the paint desk offered his assistance on his own and was very insightful and a good guide in the process of finding those things I needed. The cashier was the same. The store was clean and well marked for each isle.
