Great customer service

Convenient location, helpful / friendly associates and the store is always clean and tidy. I am impressed with how the employees know where things are even if not in their work zone. They always directed me to the right place I needed to go and most of the time I get great advice on my projects.

You have a guy named TIM in the plumbing department that is just awesome. He is just an example of all your employees helpfulness and positive attitude that is so different then other big box stores. Before I finish asking he has the answer. THANKS.

If you want exceptional friendly help and assistance, Ludington Home Depot is the place to go. I have worked with many employees there during a year renovation for my Airbnb and Rachel at the Pro Desk has been my main contact. She is terrific and always great with follow up and attention to details on all my online or in store orders. The entire staff is pleasant. I really enjoy purchasing my needs at this location.

I was disappointed in the appliance dpt, there weren't enough associates to help. When i walked in, the lady said the yellow tags had the 'Energy Star' logo on them. She didn't ask anything further. I was felt like i was ignored. I bought what i wanted online. Very disheartening.

I went to Home Depot in Ludington to get everything I needed for a bathroom remodel. Wes and Kassy were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Wes helped me decide on what I needed and put everthing on a quote. Kassy helped me use my different forms of payment to purchase the quote. Both were very friendly and I left feeling good about my purchase.

We moved to this area 10 years ago, and immediately began renovating our "new" home. I counted on the employees to help me in ordering products, determining what was best for my needs, and just general help with little DIY projects. I have always been able to depend on Les, A.J., Thomas, and my friend Jolene, who is no longer there due to starting her family. If I ever needed anything, they have always been helpful and willing to find something or order it if necessary. We have replaced all our doors, put in new floors, tile, bought gallons of Behr paint, decking, cleaners, whatever I need, I go to Home Depot. Not to mention Gift Certificates at Christmas for family and friends. Just got home with Norfolk Island Pine and other plants for the neighbors. Got a great deal, and we are all happy. Thanks for having a great store. Couldn't function without it!

Employees willing to assist.

Home Depot in Ludington is my all-time favorite home improvement/lumber store.

The employees in the store are exceptional. I have visited the store at least a dozen times in the past couple months while completing a project. Each employee asked if I needed assistance, and if they were unable to help, found an employee who was able to assist. They all took my lack of knowledge in stride and did not judge. Bringing back something that I purchased by mistake was a breeze as well. THANKS!

The paint employee was very helpful and helped me out. The tile guy was knowledgeable and helpful also. The cashier was nice and we talked while I waited for my husband to find me. She offered me to sit on stool while I waited for him..Feet hurting. Was a nice shopping experience.

The clerks who helped me Rachael and Brian were very courteous and helped load the snow blower I bought in my truck

associates were eager enough, the contractor home depot uses to install corian countertops can't even find the time to contact me, after home depot demanded ALL the money for the job up front
