The employees were all very helpful and courteous!! Special thank you to Les in the paint department who mixed a sample of a color I thought I wanted only to realize after he did so that I did not want that exact color of stain. His consideration saved me a lot of money! I then purchased 5 gallons of the stain color with which I am delighted!!

I am so happy with my trip today. Every one in the store was wearing masks. Very important now. Not at all the case with a competitor down the road I went to first and left when I saw they weren't trying to help keep us all safe like Home Depot is. Great prices. Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. I truly appreciate all the hard work they put in there.

The Home Depot in Ludington was full of helpful employees who knew where to find anything I needed. I'm not that handy and every aisle I went into had someone there to help. It made shopping a breeze.

The staff at the Ludington Home Depot store are friendly and respectful. The gentleman in the appliances department was helpful, thoughtful and respectful. He took the time to engage in conversation to find out what I needed. My elderly mother is in need of a new refrigerator and the Home Depot staff was most helpful.

This store is large and has a good selection of items in stock. The employees are helpful and will do what they can to help. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my experience with the management at this store is not as good as other Home Depot’s.

We were struggling with our kids and an older employee came up to us, seeing our struggle, and demanded we remove our daughter who was on the side of the cart, per company policy. He wouldn’t let us pass until we did. This rule isn’t stated anywhere on the carts or otherwise! This caused another problem because she start having crying. I was so embarrassed and frustrated

I would like to Thank Home Depot for the Service provided to me on my purchase of a Maytag Washer. I just love it. The tub is so big. If you are short like me this washer you will love. You can reach inside to the bottom and get the cloths out without a step stool. LOL Thank you Much Home Depot Staff for all the HELP.. Mary of Branch, MI

This store is always clean, the employees are always very helpful and friendly, and its a pet friendly store. One more thing they have a way better music selection than the other home improvement stores.

Very disappointed in my last experience at the store. They tried to sell me a used washer as a new washer. Denied it had been previously used until I complained enough for them to look it up. It had been owned for a month and then returned due to a leak. The manager did nothing and was very unhelpful. Be careful buying any marked down appliances because that’s how they deal with returns!

Everyone at this store is most helpful in securing supplies for our projects. I am a summer homeowner in Michigan and currently permanently reside in Lakeland, FL. I consider this store my hometown store.

I was not surprised to find store stock was less than I needed, but was surprised that additional stock could not be received from another location (this turned out to not be true) and that the items could not be immediately reordered. I originally ordered the items for delivery and the next day called another location where they told me they did not have adequate stock but could receive the items from another store within two days. The opposite of what I was told at the Ludington location. Store staff were friendly but the service desk was of no help and sent me to the contractor entrance where I had to be helped in between customers being checked out. Staff seemed to be inadequately trained.

This store needs to consider having more lanes open other than just self checkout.

Store employees were all willing to assist this senior citizen from the return desk, the doors, the kitchen and bath design. When I became confused at the checkout and felt foolish, the clerk smiled and assured me it was just fine.
