I had to make several trips to buy garden soil recently. A young man named Thomas loaded many heavy bags for me and he could not have been nicer! He provided the best example of customer service that I have seen anywhere in a long time!! Great job, Thomas and many thanks!!

We are very happy with the purchase of our new Freezer. The Ludington Team was very helpful and great to deal with.

We had just left another home improvement store because of a bad experience and came right over to home Depot. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by multiple associates. As soon as we got back to the counter tops, we were greeted by Paul and he started right away by showing us the different options available. Paul is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us place our order and get exclactly what we wanted. We will certainly be returning to this store because of Paul's amazing customer service.

My local Home Depot has good staff and does a good job of sanitizing the store.

Bought a new drill kit and it has been everything I need. It's great.

We have made A LOT of purchases and A LOT of visits to the store during our house building these past six months. Kat at the Pro Desk always goes above and beyond and has helped us and stayed after the store closed to make sure we got what we needed. She even called customer service on our home depot loan when our card wasn't working. The manager looking over her shoulder the whole time wasn't as friendly while she was helping us, but she definitely should be praised for her pleasant attitude and great customer service. You don't find that much nowadays.

We had to purchase a new refrigerator and they had quite the selection. We needed a different size and the store employee came to assist us. He was very informative and friendly and got the order set up within 30 minutes (from looking and comparing refrigerators to handing over our sales receipt). The store was clean and inviting.

There was only one person that helped me that seemed to know what she was doing. They gave my will call person a terrible time when he went to get the order which wasn't pulled and when he started to argue with them they kicked him out of the store but he did get my order. Whatever happened to the customer is always right No more Home Depot for me and I won't recommend that store to anyone again.

Our local Home Depot store usually have good deals and products are always in stock. If there's a product we want but unable to find at our local store the staff will offer to order it for us.

We were greeted when we came in the store, received assistance that we felt was over and above to make our purchases, and were able to check out in good time with a friendly associate.

Tina in hardware was so very helpful and courteous. She helped me find the right tools I needed. She was very polite. She helped me save money by opening getting me a home depot card. Tina even took me to the register to help me check out! Talk about excellent customer service!
