Paid $25 for a carpet measurement. 1st & 2nd scheduled measurements were a no-show. I even got the assistant store mgr involved and still nothing happened. Trying to spend $2-3K and HD can't get past the 1st hurdle. Very disappointing.

Ludington Home Depot has some of the nicest and knowledgeable staff always willing to help find the peice to complete the project. Never had a bad experience thats why we continue to shop at Ludington Home Depot.

Jamie LaFrance and Mike went truely above expectations. They helped me get the HomeDepot app on my phone, let me use their power cord becuz my battery was very low. They helped me set up the app to attach to our pro account and showed us how to use the app. They tried to get passed outdated rewards re-credited, with no luck. They told me to call the corporate office and explained my issues since opening the account in feburary 2023. I hope a manager at the corporate office will understand and re credit our rewards. I will be calling Monday 2-5-2024. Thank you , Vanessa badgley .

We bought 4 gallons of Dynasty paint. We had some huge issues with the paint. I called and talked to the manager and he was EXTREMELY helpful and apologetic. He went above and beyond to help correct this issue. The service was fast, professional and kind. They went above and beyond and gave some discounts to help correct the situation. This place was extremely helpful and we are so happy to have this store and the people in it.

I like shopping at Home Depot. I have bought several larger items recently including kitchen cabinets, flooring, kitchen sink, paint....to name a few. Good service is important to me . I'm on a fixed income, so it takes me a long time to save for any remodel jobs that come along as your house ages. Their prices seem a little high, but apparently they are in line with what this area can afford to pay. Now I'm saving towards a washer and dryer as my current set was new in 1995. Their prices are the best locally for the set I'm saving for. I'm happy to have this store within 35 miles of my home.

The employees go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with a purchase and are concerned it's the exact item I came for. Cheers!

An employee named Tym made my day. He helped me with a plumbing project that I knew nothing about. My dad sent me with a list and Tym knowing building codes knew it wasn't correct. So he helped me find the right stuff to do it right the first time! Thank you Tym!!!

Have been remodeling our bathroom and have gotten all our supplies, everything has been in stock when needed.

Always seems to have what I'm looking for and more.

I have renovated my kitchen countertops and backslash, as well as both my bathrooms. They have sold me my flooring and just now my new composite decking and railings.

The Ludington store always appears well stocked and exceptionally clean. Staff is helpful in all departments. Store is easy to navigate and find products and service.

We were shopping for several items at the Ludington Home Depot and everything we needed was in stock. Even the wood saw horses we have not been able to find elsewhere. We were in several departments and each staff member was extremely Pleasant and helpful. Rigel in carpeting, Jamie at self checkout, Marcy a manager and Paul in Lumber. All in all it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

We are doing some remodeling and the store staff was very helpful with helping us making decisions. Especially in the flooring dept and counter tops!!!

Paul in Kitchen design was very helpful and great to work with. Helped us design a kitchen island and choose countertops for our remodeling project.

Bought a Milwaukee socket set on sale. Almost 50% off and some storage containers.

Know where everything is, prepair to load by your self. Don't even think about asking questions. All employees are hiding, in the break room, bathroom, behind customer service.

Julie K went above and beyond to help me with some flooring! There was a group of at 7 employees in the area, I was looking lost and bewildered, and she is the ONLY one to asked if she could me with anything!

The store associates are extremely friendly and helpful! Alexis took time to search where an item was prior to sending me on my way to find it blindly and offered to call another associate for help. She was fantastic and very pleasant to talk to during checkout as well.

I just want to say that Kelly McGhee at the pro desk is the biggest help. Very smart and helps with anything you need. We our working at a local trailer park and he has been very helpful

Great, clean store. No employees standing around doing nothing. They also dont bug you when you dont need them. They do not have there aisles packed with materials like there competitors do, so you can actually push a cart full of stuff through there store. Milwaukee tools are excellent. The parking lot was just redone. Bathroom is always clean and nice. Jamie LaFrance is an excellent employee and a grest help every time i see him in the store.

I just left the Ludington Home Depot. So clean, and very friendly workers there. All the time not just today. I shop there frequently with my husband for a variety of things. A young lady Casey was in the Garden Dept to help me she was Super nice and Smiley the whole time. I loved that and will be back there many times again for my Garden and alot of other things. I bought a new toilet, and water heater recently, and I am very pleased! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. It's nice to be welcomed and assisted with such a great team! I felt completely confident in choosing the specific items I came to purchase! I appreciated the help from every department! :)

There is one cashier at this store that simply refuses on a regular basis to allow reciepts to be sent by email. Every other cashier always brings it to your attention. This one particular cashier just shoots past this at her register.
