Very helpful and polite

I am remolding my Bathroom and of course I bought most all the material from Home Depot. shower doors are very nice, better than I expected. I also build a Fence, all material from Home Depot. Oh, and I build a Pavillion with Home Depot material. And next I will be building a 16x20 Shed and all material will be coming from Home Depot.

Long story short: I was bracing myself for what I thought would be my worst customer service experience yet. However, fate had other plans, and I was fortunate enough to encounter an exceptional team who completely turned things around. I was on the verge of asking for the manager when a nice lady (dark skin), I believe her name is Khaliah, stepped in. Her professionalism and adeptness at de-escalating the situation were remarkable and truly appreciated. Khaliah's calm demeanor and empathetic approach immediately put me at ease. Instead of escalating tensions, she actively listened to my concerns and addressed them with genuine care and understanding. Her ability to navigate through challenging situations with grace and diplomacy is a testament to her exceptional customer service skills. I also want to extend my gratitude to Hunter, who played an instrumental role in guiding me through the purchasing process. His extensive knowledge of lawnmowers and dedication to his job were truly commendable. Hunter provided valuable insights and expert advice, ultimately helping me select the perfect lawnmower for my specific needs. I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to Dominique and Valeria, who assisted me along with Hunter. Their combined efforts and teamwork made the entire purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. Dominique's professionalism and Valeria's patience were invaluable, and I greatly appreciate their contributions to my positive experience. Additionally, a special thank you to TOYA for her assistance. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help further enhanced my overall impression at Home Depot.

I have never received customer service the way I have received customer service at this specific Home Depot. Nick Theo, Marline, Joe, and Felicia have helped me with my development in the past two weeks and have saved me time and money! I will not go to any other Home Depot for the rest of the 10 houses that I will be building. I am grateful for their customer service. As a builder it’s very important to get in and out of the store and no other Home Depot compares to this one.

My husband walked in to this Home Depot eith products to return that were overage of our roofing project. The “customer service” agents told him, we didn’t buy the products there. My husband called me and we showed receipts that we bought everything there, but even after showing the receipts, they still insisted that we didn’t buy the products there. They just didn’t want to do their job and return them. The lady at the counter even went as far as to tell my husband to tell me (on the phone) that I didn’t have to scream, even though I was never talking to her, addressing her or even screaming, I was on the phone with MY husband. The disrespect is unreal. In the end they had to do their job and return the products but we shouldn’t have gone through that. I wouldn’t return to this Home Depot even if their products were free.
