Every store has its perks and issues. Some are great with returns other stores are horrible with it. Other stores are great at the prodesk, others just lack. Could be per associate but this is how I rank this location. 1 through 5. Returns 3 out of 5 ProDesk 5 out of 5 Friendliness of associates 3.5 out of 5 Ability to find someone to assist during non peak hours 2 out of 5 Please install a pick up locker, your Addison has one and its amazing.

The store was very clean and employees were willing to stop what they were doing to male sure I found what I needed. They made my trip very fast and convenient! Awesome job

Associates can be more helpful and more pleasant. I guess it ok to offer to help clients.

Amazing store. Superb help from employees. They are experts in their areas and guide us through all steps and they will help you with tools we might need to get the job done.

Three different employees have been today. The guy who cut my wood was really helpful, the guy who helped me with insulation was really helpful, in the cashier went out of her way to help me because my hands were full. All three provided great customer service.

The Home Depot Store in Lincolnwood is amazing!

Workers are to busy chatting between themselves rather than helping customers. I loaded drywall by myself while half a dozen workers walked by from their cafeteria room and not 1 offered help or made eye contact. Its ashame that all home depots forgot about customer service. Sad....

Store was clean and the employees were very friendly

Store employees at this location are consistently rude, dismissive, and surly. Employees often don’t have the answers to the questions I’m looking for or my questions are replied to with sarcasm. I have also been given objectively bad advice regarding some of the projects I’ve needed assistance with. The location of this store is great so I come here often but the customer service experience is consistently bad.

ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. ALWAYS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!

Horrible management experience with a manger by the name of Anthony at 9:30pm on 08/09/2018. Worst interaction with a manger at any Home Depot, and more generally any retail establishment. Management represents the store more than any other employee, and the customer service provided in this instance was despicable.

I left the Lincolnwood location and went to Evanston because the flooring/blinds department is severely understaffed. Judy is basically juggling the whole department. But my PO number could not be released to the 2nd store so I was forced to go back. (One of the customer service reps who loves to singsong her announcements into the mic is already extremely rude, so I never look forward to seeing her.) I placed my order for blinds. I don't believe Judy is wrong, just overwhelmed with other workers. And I spent 10 minutes on the phone when I left asking for a manager. No manager came to the phone, and a worker played on the phone to tie on the line: calling me at 8:34, 8:35, 8:39, 8:40, and three times at 8:41 to just make noise in the phone. Your store is a nightmare. Once I get my blinds, I will never set foot in here again. The workers on August 8 had zero intentions of putting me in touch with a manager. But the petty part about tying up the line didn't work. I put the childish person who was doing it on conference call and announced to the person who answered the phone that someone else was tying up my line JUST to make sure he/she knew I knew what was happening.

Nearly impossible to get someone to help you. Everyone is busy doing something other than helping customers. Waited over 10 minutes to find someone to help me find a product that showed as being in inventory online and by customer associates - the product could not be found.

The employees are courteous and very helpful . Some of them make one feel like he/she is their only customer. This.is.my favorite store .

The store is always clean and organized. The problem is that it is almost always understaffed. It takes a lot of effort to "snag" a willing employee to talk to about anything. When you are fortunate enough to find and get someone to listen to your question, they often know less about the subject than I do!!

Clean store. Good selection in general Most products easy to find. New self checkout needs larger area to put scanned items.

this is an excellent store to buy anything for a cheaper price than other stores.

I like all Home Depot stores. The employees are always friendly and helpful when I have questions or need assistance finding an item or identifying an item that would help me. The stores are always clean and neat and generally laid out the same which makes the shopping experience in any Home Depot easier. Home Depot also has a great website to find out stock information prior to going to the store.

We like the people who work there. Service is very good. Clean, beautiful garden supplies. As I said my husband really wants to work there. We live accross the street. They go that extra mile to help us. We shop there often.

Tony was one of the best Home Depot employees I have come across. While he helped my husband, I went in search of the item I asked him about which was in a different aisle. When I came back without the product, he tried to lead me there (I had found it and decided to go a different route) and then gave me other options to solve my problem. It is nice to have an employee not only help, but follow up to make sure your experience is good.

overall the store is not that bad, it contains many useful stuff but the employees of this branch aren’t friendly
